is there any chance you saved the game whilst your were on duty?

Close RPH then open the startup.rphs file in your main game folder (you can edit it with notepad). delete anything that is already inside the file, then add ReloadAllPlugins and save the file.

Please upload your Asiloader.log and ELS.log (they can be found in your main GTA directory)

Do you have a `vfs.dll` file in your main game directory?

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods Then try start your game again.

Add the GTA V folder your antivirus's exclusions list. Then restart your computer. 4. Disable any in-game overlay such as Discord, Steam, OverWolf, or Nvidia GeForce Experience. 5. just to confirm you are not even able to launch the regular game? what error message are you getting?

go to and open Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\lspdfr.ini and change Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = false to Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
