    i can launch the normal game just fine, it's an error message about permissions, I have added the gta folder to my exclusions on my anti virus, and have removed game overlays and it still won't work.

    I have tried launching through the rage plug in, it stays on the launching screen, I have tried loaded through rockstar and tabbing out into rage, still doesn't work. I get an error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated
