in OpenIV find the file/s of that vehicle that end in .YTD open them up and search for sign you will find there the undesirable texture and you can simply delete it.

Can you confirm does your game freeze when you load regular storymode? also did you at any point install OpenhookV?

Remove ASIsupport and instead install Scripthookv. And make sure both the `EveryoneIgnorePlayer` and `PoliceIgnorePlayer` options are disabled in the trainerv.ini

I would highly recommend against ever fully disabling your antivirus - unless you are getting the false positive trojan block on ragepluginhook

ScriptHookV is currently outdated for the latest version of GTA. Remove the scripthookv.dll file from your game directory. You can either wait for it to update or install an alternative like ASIsupport.

Are you making sure to load it through RPH?
