That is not the latest log. We need the log from your main game folder not your `logs` folder. If there are any numbers after `RagePluginHook` then that is the wrong log.

Delete your gta5.exe and verify your game,

there are many different troubleshooting steps before completely reinstalling... for starters Are you able to launch **regular** GTA and load in story mode and move your character around?

There is nothing in your post. If you are asking about ScriptHookV it is not updated and it is not possible to use with the current version of GTA. Please remove the scripthookv.dll file from your main game directory and wait for it to update.
