I did what I found out was that the current uniform is not compatible with the latest version of EUP. I found out the older version of EUP worked fine for these uniforms. Thanks for the help.

And at the base of it all is GTA 5 updating constantly to appeal to the Online community. That then causes everything else to need an update and the snowball effect grows bigger from there.

I agree completely. With this last update, I've done a bare bones build and lspdfr has updated again... I get the frustration.

You're not alone. I'm reverting back until theirs a patch. 0.4 is great but just too many crashes and performance drops.

Of course you can roll back, there are no technical limitations in place to prevent you from using an old copy of 0.3.

yes they say plugins may cause it but old lspdfr worked all fine.

Make Peds Clam again plugin, was it updated yet? 

You may need to increase the threshold for when Rage terminates loading plugins.  To do this, open Rage's settings and you'll see the option to increase the seconds before it terminates. 
Change It to 40000 and it should work with no problem.

If you want to stop worrying about any GTA V update breaking your game, make a backup. Have a folder with the updated gta v, and one that is modded, when a update is ready, just let steam update the non-modded directory, once done, switch it out and voilá, back on patrol. I've been doing this for years now. 

Failed zlib usually implies corrupt game data.  When installing mods, did you use a mods folder?

Hey there.  When replacing them you use the same patchday as you did for all the other police vehicles, the very newest patchday.  In your case, this would be patchday16.

1)  You'll need to go into the vehicles.meta and add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY  in order to have multi liveries on the vehicle.
 
2) Please check the download page for Gump's vehicle and verify it's ELS enabled.

Any chance police radio could add a feature to where you can call for EMS and Fire Services? That is a dire need in LSPDFR since the update.

You could always do something spectacular! Maybe commission a statue of Sam and LMS be erected in the main square of your home town?
 
Better EMS is officially the first plugin to be integrated directly into Smart Radio! There is currently no firefighting plugin for LSPDFR, but my understanding is there is a project going on to create one eventually.

Police SmarterRadio will have an API that us developers can use to create custom buttons for our plugins.

I know PNWParksFan is working on including a button for BetterEMS, so EMS will have a button!

LSPDFR would crash for me everytime I force duty'd. It turns out the callouts that haven't been updated in some time were causing the crash, I did have the remove like half of my callouts, but at least LSPDFR runs smoothly once again. I am anxiously awaiting Albo's updates as LSPDFR just isn't the same with Traffic Policer, Police Radio and Arrest Manager.
