Just like everyone else I'm having problems with EUP. I didnt have any issues before the recent update. I'm attaching two photo's that you all can see as evidence. Can someone help me with this. I'm not so sure what the problem is I will also attach my Rage Log, and installation log. Thanks in advance.

Please check dlclist.xml and if you  Mods folders name is "mods" and not "_mods". 

Dlclist.xml is located at mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Scroll to the bottom and check if you see eup.

I've done all that and it still doesnt work.

Yes I do.

When you inside OpenIV, does it say anything that your "mods" map needs to update ?

Nothing of that nature, I just uninstalled GTAV, deleted everything from the main directory, and reinstalled everything fresh from scratch. Still having issues. Also I'm having this issue were when I call for backup both code 2 and code 3 it will spawn, BUT wont physically drive too my location.

Your problem #2, try re-install everything and only use LSPDFR with no plugins. See if you have the same problem, if not, you have a plugin that interfere with it.

If that fixed it. Try now install Law and order and then EUP menu

I've done just that for both issues. Neither issue has been resolved.

You don't need SHV for this.

Did you setup your mods folder correctly? Did you copy the update folder into it?

When I did a complete uninstall including open iv. I reinstalled everything that I needed to make it run sucessfully.

Remove all EUPmenu, and install, but try this time install Law and order first, and then EUP menu.

Copy stand by working on that now.

Thanks for your help on EUP its working again. However I'm still having issues with the responding units not physically driving too my location.

 

The only ones that do not physically drive to my location are police,police2, police4, sheriff, and sheriff 2. Basically the only ones that will respond are EMS/ Fire dept, and Police Bike (sahp).

Do you have PoliceIgnorePlayer or something like that enabled because you using trainer.

Check all your trainer if you have more than 1.

Edit; I can see you have it disabled. You using more trainers? You did something in backup.xml?

If not, I recommend you installing StopThePed and his backup plugin.

I actually just deleted the trainer and tried it from there it works. I'm not so sure why the trainer is doing this but i will need another trainer. Any suggestions thanks in advance.
