I just got this mod 2 days ago. Its been very fun, and I havent installed any extra mods yet. Though, I get the same requests everyday. Pursuit, Store robbery, and Grand Theft Auto. When I see videos, people are participating in stopping bank heists and stuff. Do I need to download anything to participate in more crime stopping, or are they rare?

So if I download them, I get extended scenarios?

You would have to download the plugins and store them in you're LSPDFR  folder thats located in the plugins folder. Here's a tutorial video of how to do all that.
