The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

How do you disable this I see its a LSPDFR plugin but I'm trying to disable it because its useless to me.

    Looks like it may be related to the new system of encountering escaped suspects. There should be settings listed in the wiki that you can try disabling in the INI file.

    Where is it supposed to be at? I don't have anything else on the INI

    Add "Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true" to your config file. You can find all settings here:
