I'll offer some minor corrections because I ended up seeing this in activity. Suspect Transport Manager according to the log is a 'core component of LSPDFR', not a mod, and a quick search of google to back that up for me as I have never heard of the mod never showed up. I have made this mistake a few times as well, though I thought I would save you the hassle. The error being listed above is typically a random crash and to my knowledge isn't many solutions that you can do yourself. If it's a constant issue, recommendations would be to firstly follow the instructions given previously to update RageNativeUI and LSPDFR, or reinstall them. You're on the latest GTAV version, and you have the correct Rage Plugin Hook version. In terms of 136 Callouts, 136 is looking at both newer versions of Newtonsoft.Json.dll and XSerializer.dll. If this pursuit was from Section 136, update the callout pack with the latest RNUI as stated previously. If this still does not work, remove the callout pack, though there isn't any known issues with it. Finally, Albo's mods aren't necessarily needing to be removed as that likely has nothing to do with the crash. All of them work fine and I wouldn't encourage removal.

Uploading your RagePluginHook.log, a text (.txt) file in your main directory, would be helpful in attempting to locate what you are missing. Usually, this means both mods are looking for something that they either could not load from a bad pathway, or simply because it was not installed or there is a version of the file it cannot use. I cannot accurately tell you which file however.

Firstly, I would suggest downloading Emergency Uniforms Pack Law & Order (EUP) and EUP Menu if you have not done so already. This will provide you with some SWAT outfits. Though if you want something else, you will need to search online. I would provide you with one but I do not have one that is male compatible unfortunately. Instructions on how to install everything you download are found in the readme's of each file.

Ultimate Backup does this as a natural habit. When calling for backup in any form of callout, you will get a blue dot, or corresponding dot for the service, for each backup unit you call in, in this case blue for police. These units will also stay on scene until ordered to leave, for example by the enter key, or you leave a set radius of where the call ended. These units will also teleport to you depending on where you are and certain criteria that needs to be met in order to "teleport". Unfortunately the only real way you can change this is by visiting the UltimateBackup.ini file in plugins/lspdfr and changing the spawn distance to a larger value. Otherwise because of how that works, there is really no way to prevent "teleportation" to my knowledge with that are you are moving at a set speed and what not. In terms of becoming a police buddy in reference to your clip, that is just what the plugin calls them as you called for backup. Regardless if you are in a pursuit or not and dismiss a unit, they will always be referred to as "police buddy". I've attached a Portuguese version out of habit in the spoiler below, because otherwise this gets extensive.

If you have installed them with this account and you were signed in when you downloaded them, you can go to the downloads tab at the top of your screen, however over it and click on "my history". This will show any mods that were downloaded when you were signed in on this account, and which mods are in need of updating. If the mod no longer exists, it will not appear here.

This is a... rather unique issue I haven't seen before. LSPD First Response: Exception type: System.IndexOutOfRangeException LSPD First Response: Exception message: Index was outside the bounds of the array. My first guess would to be updating Rage Plugin Hook as that seems to be where the issue lies. If that doesn't work when in the pursuit, I would checkover any mods you have recently installed, such as callouts, that led up to the crashing. Otherwise I am not sure what else could be causing the crash.

Update RageNativeUI.

You're missing a file of something you installed that the game is trying to load, though I am not sure what the file is. Try reinstalling LSPDFR using the manual installation, and if you have installed any plugins or scripts recently, make sure you have the required files for the mod. Do you have a .ydd file associated with the vest, and is it installed in the correct location/named correctly?

MVGA is outdated so that could easily have been the culprit understandably. I was just going through graphics files and Razed Mod provides an OIV uninstall for MVGA, Redux, and his own graphics mods obviously (NVE/NVR). I won't reproduce the file as its through his download and am unaware of elsewhere to find it, though you will need to download one of the mods and find the English readme chrome HTML document, which then provides a direct download from there in the uninstall section.

I see no particular error in your log. Remove chill callouts and see if the game crashes again, as that was the last log of it attempting to create an event and is an outdated plugin.

Drag and drop the file into the text box when you go to reply to me, this is a text file found in the main directory.

Triple check to ensure it is updated and not from any mods you downloaded. Otherwise, rename your mods folder to _mods and try loading the game again. If this works, it is in indication that something you installed or modified in the folder is bad. If it does not work, when launching RPH, hold in left shift, and change the Plugin Threshold Timeout value to 60000.

LSPDFR could not find the file dlGlobal for County Callouts. Install the latest version of DeLucas County Callouts (1.0.0 Public) and ensure you have this file installed, and in the correct location,

If it is in the system32 folder, remove it from there. When you launched it from a shortcut on your desktop presumably, right click on the file and click on Open File Location. If it opens up to the system32 folder, that is incorrect and should be removed from there. If it is installed to the main directory, you should add a shortcut or launch RagePluginHook.exe from the folder itself. If this does not work, delete any files associated with RagePluginHook on your computer and reinstall it to your main game directory. Xinput isn't in the system32 folder for myself, so that might be safe to delete. Both of these files should be in the main directory as well, dinput should also be in the system32 folder.

Try installing this Increased Distance Draw Mod, or find your vehicles.meta file in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/gta5 and for each vehicle slot, or the slot you are having issues with, find lodDistances. Change these values to 500 and click save. You will need to do this for every model should you choose to use this.
