For towing, you should be a relative distance away from other vehicles, as when towing, you can accidentally catch another vehicle you are not intending to tow. If you get inside of those vehicles, the game will consider that vehicle as your "saved vehicle", meaning that will be the persistent vehicle that is used for when you walk too far from it, for things such as foot pursuits. In simple trainer, you can also make sure this is your saved vehicle by visiting vehicle options.

Try installing this gameconfig to download more than 25 addon vehicles. An addon pack will support more, your game just cannot handle it without the proper game configs.

You should remove Callout Manager, as the short of it is, it is outdated or redundant unfortunately. You should try another plugin like Callout Interface and Grammar Police. Leave it to me to get confused between the mod and the LSPDFR integration as I never read the pathway... please follow Charlies instructions below! 🙂

You are missing a required file "Newtonsoft.Json". Seeing as you have downloaded Immersive Ambient Effects, you can download the missing file there. Simply take Newtonsoft.Json.dll from the download and put it in your main directory.

Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and try again. From there, launch the game without RPH. If that loads, launch the game with RPH. If neither of these work, verify the integrity of your game files through Steam. I am unsure of what you have tried otherwise. You can simply remove the files associated with the plugins you are trying to remove. All files should be associated with the plugins name. LSPDFR dependent plugins are found at Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\LSPDFR, and non dependent ones are found at Grand Theft Auto V\plugins. Do not delete the folder itself, and or the "LSPD First Response" files, as you will mess up LSPDFR itself.

I do not see anything out of the ordinary, then again it is several hundred lines of code, what else did you modify, even if not an XML file? Plugin keybinds? Vehicle metas?

The issue is with Grammar Police not being able to recognize your speech engine. Please make sure that your selected Grammar Police language (English) matches your computers selected language (Windows Settings -> Time & Language -> Language). Also, ensure your microphone is working correctly (Control Panel -> Speech Recognition) and run "setup microphone". You can also run the windows troubleshooter for the device to see if it recognizes any issues, such as outdated drivers.

Whichever file you edited, there is something that is not correctly formatted, this could be missing something, adding an extra line, or what not. Make sure the code you entered for the modified XML file is correctly formatted.

Grammar Police, and you can customize the ini at plugins\LSPDFR\GrammarPolice and set OfficerCheckInterval= to 0 to disable the interval, or simply do that through the interface menu in game.

If you changed something for the handling line or something of the sort in the vehicles.meta that the game cannot find, likely because of being in a different file or pathway, the short of it, yes. You can grab the vanilla settings from the same pathway outside the mods folder, and copy and paste it, or simply delete the modified one, and copy paste the vanilla one into the mods folder.

Your game is crashing when trying to initialize the game support. Disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods and try loading the game again. If this works, undo any recently made changes to the mods folder. If this does not work, verify the integrity of your game files via steam. Right click on the game in the library page, select local files, and verify the integrity. This will take some time to verify your files.

Renaming the mods folder disables it and usually indicates a problem with the mod you have recently installed. If you are positive you have installed all the requirements in the correct locations, you can simply try and remove or move blueghostpack from the dlcpacks folder. If this works, something went wrong when you installed the mod, ensure everything is installed correctly, including the requirements he has listed for the mod. If not, this pack was not the issue, and you should undo any other changes you have made recently.

Just delete the mods folder, or any recently installed mods that could have made that an issue.
