Yes, in the comment I linked to the real world version, they provided a working link to the addon version created by the developer. It will take some time, though I just downloaded the file to ensure it was working. It will provide it via an OIV, which will do the installation steps for you, like you would do a normal addon vehicle. Simply just drop the OIV file into OpenIV, and install it to your mods folder. Don't install the other files except for the VCFs for ELS, which go into the normal location like you did the vehicle you linked. The real-world one I linked below has a community-provided addon as the developer's link no longer works, which will link to the Mediafire link in a comment. Diamond uses custom Ped Models found on GTA5-Mods. Not all clothes are made for non-vanilla ped model bodies, which is why typically those models that YouTubers use do not contain components from EUP unless they directly make their own EUP models. Anything you see that is abnormal compared to the vanilla MP Male/Female bodies is a customized ped, either an addon or a modified body you need to download. Other times, to my knowledge as I never use modified ped physics like that, there are modified models, and then clothing made to fit those models.

I would recommend Menyoo, as that is the only one I am familiar with that allows you to ”freecam” and has that functionality.

You are missing the file LMS.Common, which can be found and downloaded from the main LSPDFR download page via its manual install. This should be in your main directory.

I am not quite sure what difference there is between German Keyboards, or American ones. I believe it has the same layout, though if someone from Germany ends up reading this and wants to correct anything, feel free. To my understanding, it is the same layout, just different letters and what not to accommodate the language. When changing the keys, it should be along the lines of these Virtual Key Codes, which if there is any difference between, is the J key to activate stage lighting, and numbers 1-5 on the keyboard to activate sirens.

Have you completed the reinstallation process of what both of us have mentioned? Please reinstall Ultimate Backup, as this is the same error you had with the first log, and the newer log was from several hours ago. Please attach a screenshot of your UltimateBackup folder, include the pathway in the screenshot please, in addition to a newly generated log.

Do you have police ignore player on via simple trainer options? This will completely disable the ambient units from moving.

You are not editing the file. Right click on the file in edit mode, and then edit the content however you are doing so. Though I am not quite sure that is the file you want to be editing.
