  1. Your question was slightly difficult to understand, but I would recommend Waynieoaks Custom Pullover Mod to help with moving AI being pulled over. This will assist you with putting an AI in a custom location instead of them being on a roadway for example when they have shoulder area to be stopped in, or stop off an offramp.
  2. Unfortunately, GTAV is not exactly meant to have a complete map change like that as it messes with the rest of the game's configuration and whatnot. You will need to remove the things you replaced and verify your game files for missing files or uninstall and reinstall the game.
  3. Remove Callout Manager. Callout manager is depricated and is recommended to be replaced with Callout Interface. Also ensure Rage Native UI is up to date with the most recent game version.
  4. I do not think this is pinpoint what you're looking for, but this was one of the first ones I used and sounds similar. (I have terrible hearing in my left ear) If someone else has something they are free to link it. Vancouver PD also uses different sirens (iirc) for all their vehicle models. Soundoff Signal Energy Dual Tone
  5. All peds (to the best of my knowledge) use Michael's breathing, where as you have different effects (Ex. Scream, pain infliction, falling, etc.) for both the female and male. Unfortunately I have no idea how to change each individual peds breathing, although I use a female inhale/exhale replacement, although this will replace the entire file, so if you were to presumably use a male character suddenly you would have the female inhale/exhale unless you were to replace it each time you wanted to switch a character. If you do end up using the replacement with the link provided above and do commonly switch between a female and male character, I strongly suggest backing up the file it has you replace.
Relatively small change I am happy with compared to having multiple different colors for the vests. While I am trying to find new textures or something new for the female version of LSPD this is something I am happy to stick with until I do just that. Great job!
Very beautiful lighting package and vehicles overall. There are some unique designs and have not experienced any issues with this pack since I installed it. I have no judgement on accuracy to the Olathe PD as I am not quite familiar with the department myself, but definitely will use.
The one downside is that 1 or 2 of the vehicles (I am writing this a while after installing) doesn't contain a siren function. Yes I am used to ELS sure, I am familiar with the keybinds for Non-ELS vehicles, although it just does not work. Great design and quality otherwise.
  6. @XxOJLxX Designs Them shining through is not as uncommon as you think it is, that is understandable and isn't really as noticeable in game. I have seen that with other vehicles and that is not as annoying to deal with compared to them shining backwards. I do apologize as I apparently had zero idea of the quote replies...
  7. @XxOJLxX Designs Takedowns reflecting backward are the only problem I have come across that is not fixable by me, yes. Anything else I had mentioned previously I can fix myself (like handling lines or window tints). For the window tint thing I am now mentioning, the value is ¨bad¨ and prevents environmental lighting appearing in the front, which is fixable if someone knows how to do it themselves.
Will say I am overall pleased after doing some minor editing to handling lines and window values. As annoying as it is to hear again with my natural habit with the takedowns and spotlights, those are appearing backwards or severely out of place. Regardless, I am happy to have something new on the streets that isnt the consistent LAPD/LSPD vehicle models especially with rockstars default logic being to have state only have the motor unit.
Unsurprisingly only the second state/highway patrol packs I downloaded (I don't typically patrol HP or SP). Although despite my dislike to patrol as either department because that's just me, I really enjoy using this in my game. Compared to the other back I have, the lighting is not annoying at all and looks really nice. I was not originally going to download until I had seen the DLC addition. Truly amazing work.
I know this pack is several years old, but since I started playing LSPDFR I have found it difficult to find a relatively decent pack for female characters besides the default game or EUP uniforms that I also do not need to pay to enjoy in my game as it is not like I am going to be on the game for a daily basis. I have been using the pack for quite some time now and am very happy with it. I ended up begging to lose hope when I had not found much for female uniforms, it is really annoying that there is such a small amount of female uniform packs that I do not need to pay for especially considering how expensive and not... ¨trustable¨ that is. Have recommended this to a friend which she also enjoys. We both appreciate your work in the end, even despite it being 6 years later and 2 years since an update respectively. I know there are like 1 or 2 others supporting female character outlines, but I really do not enjoy them to be completely honest. I ended up saying screw it and made vehicle liveries for Pasco just to have a relationship between this pack and a vehicle. Ended up needing to redownload this as I ended up downloading it without being signed in.. oops.
Feel like this could eventually replace a majority of my callouts in my game. There are a few select ones here that I have not seen with any other callout pack or ones remotely similar to the ones I currently am using. I love being able to work at my own pace in select scenarios if the situation allows and this callout pack I feel does just the job. I love the endless outcomes so it is not the same expected playthrough of each callout every time it queues.
I have absolutely loved Explorer Models since I started with LSPDFR. I personally only use the explorer as I have another unmarked charger model, besides the minor ¨glitching¨ with the takedown lighting (with ELS) which is a ¨pain to fix¨, although completely understandable, I absolutely love this model and have already taken photos I plan to eventually post to IG. Although might want to consider implementing a superfix or different handling line (for atleast the explorer) to prevent flipping, but that is about it. Very happy with this otherwise and hope to continue to see amazing models!
