  1. Install/Update RageNativeUI. You should almost never install the ones from plugins as they are likely outdated.
  2. LSPD First Response: Exception type: System.InvalidOperationException LSPD First Response: Exception message: Cannot load an invalid weapon asset. I see the last thing attempting to load was your duty_selection.xml. What changes have you made to it recently? This particular file can be found at lspdfr/data/duty_selection.xml. Make sure anything you have made recently to this is considered an actual weapon the file can read.
  3. This one is a completely new error, and has something typically to do with the callout, as there isn't anything you can do in terms of fixing it otherwise, simply because something, in this case a ped or vehicle, ceased to exist. A simple restart of the computer should fix it, as you were playing nearing an hour. If that does not fix it, try forcing the callout again or another callout from the pack and see if the issue persists. Report to the developer if that's a continuous issue.
  4. You can find the vanilla version of the file you modified in the appropriate file path in the corresponding non-mods folder pathway. I am unfamiliar with the mod, so I do not know what files were modified.
  5. You need to right click on the file and click edit. You are just opening the file.
  6. Yes and no. Your best option, for when updates come, is to make a copy of the files below and move them to another folder, in which when an update comes, you can simply paste them back into the folder; GTAV GTAVLanguageSelect GTAVLauncher PlayGTAV On some random occasions, there may be times where you need to backup the mods folder itself because of changes to files like update.rpf. This is not always the case, and usually is mentioned by the community update 'leakers' or 'influencers' on various forums and YouTube channels if this ever needs to occur. Doing this will allow you to play the game while the mods that depend on the game version update. Next, I should say ahead of time I have no idea how to do this with Epic as I do not own the Epic Games version. The Rockstar Store version also to my knowledge does not allow you to do any of this. If you own steam, you can simply deactivate updates until you manually do it. However, it will always update on the first launch after a scheduled update, there is nothing to bypass that, which is why I recommend backing up those game files. Open Steam and navigate to your games library Find Grand Theft Auto V, right click and find properties. Alternatively, find the settings icon on the game banner and find properties. Go to updates -> automatic updates and switch this to "only update this game when I launch it" I would only suggest doing the second method if you are asleep or have a habit of forgetting to backup the files before the game updates. Also, because of the fact that GTAV has mainly online updates, it does a "title update", meaning the entire game essentially updates, even if there are no changes to story mode.
  7. A better alternative would have been just go straight to 60000 instead of all these other values, depending on how many plugins you have installed as it can result of it causing the game to 'freeze'. Checkout what Abdo mentioned above, instead changing it straight to 60000. If that does not work from there, please attach your RagePluginHook.log, a text (txt) file found in the main directory, in a reply so we can help you further!
  8. This is typically random and the result of a plugin trying to do something with a ped or entity that no longer exists. If its about every 20 minutes, you should not have to worry.
  9. Visit the website it gives you and download the newest version of RPH. You have a version of RPH that does not work with the newest GTA.
  10. Find the vanilla version of visualsettings.dat in update\update.rpf\common\data and extract it over to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, this will replace the file you have modified using Radiance mods.
  11. You can use them assuming they are named correctly, yes. Just be wary of clipping that could occur with some of them.
  12. There are already plenty out there, you just have to find the desired ones. There is a read.me with most downloads that will tell you where to install the files, and yes, there are some that only modify the pistols and the rifle.
  13. I also read this partially wrong, this will not unfortunately change backup units. To my knowledge there is nothing you can do to change this, as that is how it works ambiently. If you are calling backup for a traffic stop however, they should pullover in a designated spot.
  14. Would recommend installing Better Pullover, this would help you fix the issue. They will still however stop in their desired locations by default, but when they stop you can tell them where to go with that mod.
  15. No, I am saying you need to move the LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb to the plugins folder, not plugins/lspdfr.
  16. Heya! Saw you sent me a direct message earlier, I just got around to getting active. If you have OpenIV open while trying to launch the game, that is another process, or program, using GTAV, which gives you the error. Another thing you can try doing is simply restarting your PC. Your PC may for whatever reason be thinking the game is being used by another process when there is truthfully nothing using it. Alternatively, add your Grand Theft Auto V folder as an exception to your computers antivirus. You can find how to do that for standard Windows Antivirus software here. If this does not work, please ensure your RagePluginHook and RageNativeUI is up to date.
  17. The contents you currently have in the plugins/lspdfr folder is meant to be in the plugins folder. On a standard install, that folder is supposed to be blank (plugins/lspdfr)
  18. It could be various things. You could be trying to modify a file while the game is running, like happening to have OpenIV open when the game is running. Close this, you cannot have this open. Steam or Epic games could be in a loop of thinking the game is already running, close it through the platform and reopen it. Another program is trying to use GTAV or RPH.
  19. Either Grand Theft Auto 5 or LSPDFR is being used by another process, meaning another app is actively trying to use either or. Please ensure there is nothing actively trying to hook into your game, and you do not have programs like OpenIV or codewalker opened while the game is running.
  20. Two ways I would recommend doing this, both ways work the same though I believe they are different values. Manually change your LOD Draw Distance. If you do not know the police slot, find that out first as it will be useful and make this process significantly easier. Go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and locate vehicles.meta. Make sure edit mode is on, right click and edit the file. Search for the vehicle slot name, and find its associated lodDistances by scrolling down. Change these values to 500 and save. Install a premade version. Download and install Higher and Lower Increased LOD Draw Distance Mod. The pathways will work the same, just drag and drop with edit mode active. Though this has separate files depending on whether or not you want a higher or lower draw distance, which is mainly for PC performance.
  21. Update RageNativeUI.
  22. Please attach your RagePluginHook.log, a text file (txt) in your main directory, so myself or someone else can better understand your issue to help you! 🙂
  23. If you have Police Ignore Player enabled on Simple Trainer, turn it off. Alternatively, you can enable never wanted. Both of these options can be found on the first page of the options tab.
  24. Is this a model that you are making, or a model you are doing a retexture of? Some models may have 2 ytd files, named vehiclename.ytd and vehiclename_hi.ytd or vehiclename+hi.ytd. If the car has 2 texture (ytd) files, make sure that the livery file (likely something along the lines of sign) is changed in both of the vehicles files, and it is the primary file if the vehicle uses more than 1 texture. YFT files will not use secondary liveries even if those files are changed accordingly and correct.
