Your lights for the vehicle you are trying to download are defaulted to "E". You can find and change the key binds for these cars in the Settings Menu -> Settings Tab -> Keybinds. All "FiveM Ready" and "Non-ELS" vehicles use GTA's default lighting system/keybinds. For ELS, you need the mod installed, though I wont go into specifics as you are not installing an ELS based vehicle. Stop the Ped isn't outdated and should work properly. Make sure you have the mod and the requirements installed correctly in order for the mod to work correctly. This will allow you to do the drug tests and what not. In regards to radars, there are a few different options. You can download Prowler Radar, which will only function on the inside of your vehicle, and Lidar Gun, which will allow you to do the same thing, but outside your vehicle. There are other modifications that will function similarly, though I am linking the ones I personally use and are more popular. As for the callout, I am unfortunately not sure which callout they would be using to allow you to view cameras. I know this is more seen in FiveM, though I haven't seen or downloaded a callout pack that has that feature.

I am not sure what the menu is or how to get rid of it, though I believe it has something to do with the fact you have QuantV installed, though I am not sure, nor am I sure how to stop it from happening. Though I do know the menu is closable, you can move your mouse around to click the X icon on the top right of the menu.

You could read over your RagePluginHook.log, a text (txt) file found in your main directory and look for the error, or feel free to send it here and someone can look and see what the issue is 🙂

In simple and fast terms, change the top or the "uppr" body in the EUP menu. This is pretty common as it just means the components you have do not align with each other very well causing clipping. Make sure to save the outfit so you can change back to it when you leave and re-enter game.

As Pavy mentioned, it's likely an EUP configuration issue. I would to put it simply first, install EUP Backup Configurations for EUP 9.3+ and see if that helps. If not, we can modify it manually, though I would like to make it as simple for you as possible.

Sometimes I will use police or police3, depending on the developer and base models. Unfortunately, this was one of the few packs or vehicles from him I never got around to downloading. I would personally experiment with the base handling IDs.

I would recommend making your own thread next time, but since people are all looking for the same question, and it's essentially inevitable, I'll answer that here. You need to turn off automatic updates, otherwise Steam and Epic will continuously do that while online, even when you do the revert. The instructions I provide below are specifically for Steam, as I have no idea how the Epic Games platform works. Visit the games library page -> properties -> updates. Change the updates dropdown to only when I launch the game. The game will only update the game once upon you launching it, either once the game receives a future update or when you launch it for the first time after changing this setting. If your game is directly from Rockstar retail, from what I have heard at least, is that you cannot revert and you have to wait for LSPDFR and its requirements to update.

No, an update, unless there are changes to things like the update.rpf file, which this update has not changed, there will be no need to update or reinstall content from your mods folder. You will likely never have to redo your mods folder because of an update. The only mods that might have issues are your plugins and scripts, which you then need to wait for the author of those dependencies or mods to update them for the new version. If you backed up your main GTAV files (PlayGTAV, GTAVLauncher, GTAVLanguageSelect, and GTAV.exe - I apologize if I butchered the names of these ahead of time...), then yes. Simply move them back to your main Grand Theft Auto V folder, and you can play LSPDFR until everything updates. Yes. All vehicles come with at least 1 YTD and YFT file. Depending on the developer, there may be 2 YTD's or 2 YFT's. Regardless, this will be identified by either a _hi or +hi tag. Do not remove this, but rename the part of the file that is named, whatever it is, to replace a vehicle slot. Example: state2018charger+hi -> police2+hi It is a separate, lengthy process for addon vehicles. These will allow you to use the models in the game. You will need to modify the vehicle's handling and the such to your own liking if the vehicle happens to flip or what not. All vehicles you transfer from a FiveM variant will be non-ELS, the developer needs to make it ELS. You can use DLS (Dynamic Lighting System) as a replacement, though I am not familiar with DLS enough to tell you how to make a vehicle DLS.

ELS uses extras for vehicle customization, like siren patterns or light stages. This however takes up the ability to customize certain aspects of ELS vehicles and takes away some frames, which vary. It also drops your FPS (frames per second) a "little". Your controls are different, you can change the sirens to another stage instead of needing to cycle through the entire thing (assuming you're on a keyboard). Non-els are just the base game functions. You're using the same keys for everything, and you don't have the stages ELS does unless you install Dynamic Lighting System, which is just ELS, but for Non-ELS cars, and doesn't eat up your frames. I don't use DLS enough to explain all its functionality. Radiance is a graphical mod, which makes lights in the game appear brighter. You can use this with either non-els or ELS vehicles with no change.

I mean, it doesn't and probably won't ever "improve" gameplay, simply because the mechanic doesn't exist. Like I said, I don't download ped models because ped creators from GTA5 mods are just excessive with body part sizes. All of that is personal preference, whether you have it or not. Clipping and detailing, etc., irritates Rockstars' creative team apparently. This is why for example, females do not have hairstyles that go below their shoulders for the base game, or males have beards. Making any sort of character customization that's beyond the facial features or hair would cause issues with models, or just simply wouldn't look as nice. I for one have plenty of modded hairstyles in my game, and they clip with vests or other various tops. A mechanic based on how large a character is simply doesn't make sense for Rockstar. Now if we go to a game like Skyrim or Cyberpunk, yes, they have the creations of being able to modify more than your character's facial features, but then in turn, you lose longer hairs, at least in Skyrim. Modifying a Cyberpunk female V's is hardly a change, so you don't lose hairstyles. Regardless, I completely see why Rockstar never implemented it, and I don't ever see even a mod being able to change it. Much more of a negative than a positive, then again if you prefer a different style, just download a modified ped, but don't expect any improvements.
