Welcome to the forums. I am unsure on how to do custom lighting. Unless you mean how to get the lights without the sirens. That is easy. Do post back if that is what you want. As for the sirens, follow these steps: Hope this helps. If you want to be able to use the lights without the sirens and the cautions and other things that you may see on LCPD:FR videos, post back here. I will be happy to help you with that. @Moderators, Sorry if I've been posting to much. Just like to share my knowledge with the community.

Dunno what you guys are on about with these crashes, the only time I crash is when I quit the game. I think I might stick with LCPDR until LSPDFR becomes a bit more developed. Also, just a question. Did you guys make the GTA:SA version of LSPD:FR or was it someone else? Just my opinion.

To change these vehicles, you will need to download this program called OpenIV. Yes, there is! It's called ELS, or Emergency Lighting System. You can download it here. ELS install instructions will be located in the spoiler. OpenIV can be downloaded from it's website which is Here. Download the installer, let it download the files through it's own installer and then let it install. It should do this automatically once you follow the prompts the setup gives you. Once you have installed it, follow these steps very carefully. Sorry for the long post, but that is what's required. Any more problems, feel free to post back here. Please note, that constantly posting on this thread will get annoying. If it was up to me, I would not care as much. But, some moderators might. Which is understandable. No problem! Glad we could help! Post back here if your still having problems in relation to this callouts issue. Use this, it's much more easier than spawning cars in the console. It's called Simple Native Trainer. It doesn't have support for starting LCPD:FR callout's though. Aye, no problems. As for the main problem. If you wish to quickly generate a call (which still must be manually accepted with the Y key), press the ~ key, it should be located under your ESC key if your using windows. Once in there, you will see lots of green writing. This is the console. Type startcallout to get a random callout.

It is listed in the LCPD:FR manual that pressing N will deny the callout. See Here

I'm trying to replace the advertisements on various billboards in Liberty City. But I cannot seem to find out where I change them. I have found the ad I wish to change as my first one because it is easy to find around the map, just a short drive to the Airport. I export the texture but then, I cannot open it as it's in a dds file. I took a picture of it with snipping tool and edited it. I have what I want it to be. Now how do I change that picture I edited into the thingo to support gta iv & how do I import it into the game via OpenIV. As I can only find the .wdr file and I can only view that. There is the .wtd files but it says that there is no Images in it. Cheers for your help!

That model is the model I started with. Yet I still get the same problem. Maybe I'm installing it wrong. I'm changing all the vito_signs.

G'day, I'm having trouble with texture editing. I am trying to use an AFP (Australian Federal Police) skin I found on that was made for the Mercedez Vito. But when I load it in the textures are all weird. When I was editing it, it had vito_signs. There was 4 of them. They all had the skin the vehicle came with. So I replaced them all with the AFP skin. Please help!!! Included are snapshots of the skin itself and the loaded vehicle in-game. (Video was to big :( )

Hi, whenever i launch GTA4 it comes up with these errors: The program can't start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. And I also get the EXACT same after Then the game proceeds to boot up as normal. Then when I load up there is an error saying Error in script LCPDLoader_Loader or something like that. I didn't get the exact name. I cannot launch LCPDFR. Doing Alt-P does nothing. LCPD:FR is the only mod I have installed. Not even ELS or SNT is installed. (SNT - Simple Native Trainer) If I uninstall LCPDFR I do not receive the error codes. Please help!

Gonna waste all my Banwidth on this. Im gonna back up all my vehicles and save games etc and im going to install every default folder GTA-Downloads Offer. Hopefully this will work. And i cant really re-install it because i got it from a friend. And he is very untrustworthy with giving people games. he doesent do viruses. But he sometimes pirates them. And he said he had to install it a "Special Way" So just incase, i wont. Testing Now Doesent work... I called my friend who gave it to me to uninstall and re-install it for me. Ill get him to do that then ill re-install the mods.

I've tried those 2 options. I replaced all the texture files, and the CDI Images files. Nothing works. I had also installed a cool car pack while i was installing the default uniforms. I tried changing that aswell via sparkIV. With LCPD:FR 1.0 installed. It removes the R Logo's at the start. It just shows a bit of the warning messege and it goes blank and plays the music. After its played the music it crashes.

Hi, i was trying to install an Australian Police uniform Skin, but i messed it up. I put in the default textures file. Now GTA 4 wont load. it keeps coming up with the Windows 7 messege GTA IV has stopped Working. Looking for a soultion to the problem. Please help.
