This is for GTA IV Support Requests, not for modelling cars and things. Your best bet would be to find someone who knows a thing or two about making vehicles, perhaps you could message a vehicle creator/modeller/what ever its called and PATIENTLY await his/her response.

But I do have some things you can try Ensure that you are running as administrator Right click on LaunchGTAIV.exe and head over to compatibility, try running it with XP Service Pack 3 Head over to the ELS.ini, scroll down to the bottom till you find: Ai_Els_Sp Ai_Els_Mp Set those to off (case sensitive), then try launching again If what I have listed does not work, here are some things you can try: Restore the vehicles.img folder that you should have backed up, then try adding the cars in 1 by 1. If you have not backed your vehicles.img file up, then you will have to find a vehicles.img original backup that someone has uploaded. I cannot provide one on this site because I do believe that it is illegal.

Please go to your LCPDFR folder in your GTA IV and run the diagnostics tool, please reply with a picture of what it says you are missing.

Have you tried disabling the keys using simple native trainer? If you use an older version, what happens?

Try removing the vehicles and replacing them with another set of vehicles that aren't in relation to the maryland pack and see if that works. If so, then try placing the vehicles in one by one. If you want, you can set all your vehicles to default (if you backed up. if not, im going to flog the living #### out of you) and then add the maryland pack, that may be conflicting. Let us know how it goes.

Is the vehicle ELS configured? Are you pressing J 3 times?

What version of GTAIV are you running?

No. The best you can do is run at the lowest settings and, if you need to, deligate all your RAM to running GTAIV. Download a program called Razor Cortex and select which ones you wish to disable when you 'boost.' That will maximise your RAM. Use low-detailed vehicles and try not to use too many script mods :)

Some vehicles are not ELS enabled. Make sure your downloading ELS Enabled vehicles Go to the LCPDFR folder, then open the LCPDFR.ini. Change 'RequestAmbulance=M RequestAmbulanceModifierKey=ControlKey' To what ever you wish. The modifier key is the Ctrl key, M is the M key. (Hence CTRL+M).

So when you press J, K or L, do the lights turn on?

You could try something like xpadder or a similar program. I've never used these programs though so I wouldn't be too sure on how to set them for ELS.

Hi, Currently I do not have any issues with setting people as wanted after I searched (yes i googled) how to set it in 1.0 as ctrl wasn't working. I was wondering though if there is an easier way to set people wanted? Currently I have to basically tackle them, aim at them with my baton or my pistol (mainly my baton as it auto targets the person) and set them as wanted then let them run, when I could have just arrested them then. :)

What's the error? We are getting close, I can feel it!
