GFWL Error Code 80131509
Sorry, I'm really not sure. I've never had GFWL problems before, and I don't play multiplayer often unless I'm out during a shift in a clan.

GFWL Error Code 80131509
Here's someone who found out how to fix it, Here Google is your friend. If the answer does not work look up the error code "Games for windows live 80131509" Also, are you using dsound or xlive as your loader? You need dsound for multiplayer.

LCPDFR Cop models don't match voices (Custom textures/models)
I'm having an unresolvable issue related to this topic: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> (It's old but he's having the same problem, I just have different textures/models) For my police, the black and white cop, when wearing the Kevlar Vest body, have the incorrect voices. For example, Black head with Kevlar Vest will voice the Texan state police, the ones from alderney. And vice the hispanic male head + Kevlar vest will voice the black cop, It's really weird and I'm not sure how to fix it. the other topic hasn't had any replies either, If anyone can assist that would be nice. I might be able to find what model pack I downloaded, but I would like to use this bodygroup. For now it's okay but getting it fixed would be nice.

No Police radio sounds without constant alt-tabbing.
Yep. I had this same exact problem ages ago, the only known way to fix it is to alt tab out and back in the game. If you can just pause and do it when you first load in, It shouldn't take long. I believe Jay or Sam or somebody responded to my topic a while ago and they were wondering why it happened as well, it since stopped for me but that was the only way i could get it to work. You should only have to alt tab once, If you have to continue doing it then I'm not sure, sorry

FPS boost/dip at random [Solved]
Welp just because my curiosity has the best of me, I sometimes get very random FPS boosts. I average about 15-30 FPS, usually in the 20's until I see the 50+ cars in the city. But at random times, usually when my game freezes for a second (Firing the taser, opening vdH policehelper, etc, those all freeze my game momentarily) I get literally 60FPS. Just a solid smooth silk 60, and I love it. but come next stutter or 30 seconds later and my FPS dips back down. Is there anything at all I could really do to get a better average FPS? I have a feeling it's my cooling, I have a Cooling Mat/pad on my laptop, and it seems to help it happen more often considering my laptops fans are clogged out of hell (I've never really cleaned them) But any explanation on why it happens like that would be great. The other thing is the AI cops. This isn't LCPDFR related, It happens with any cops that get out of their car. If I look AWAY from the cops, and my Line of sight isn't in their direction, the AI disappear. I mean the cop AI, not the cars, the cars stay until i take care of them manually. For example, I arrested someone and backup arrived due to a foot pursuit, I cuff the guy and press Y, go up the steps and the cops that JUST pulled up are missing, but the lights/siren blazing on the car are still there. This happens with prisoner transport ALL the time leaving the car there with the suspect with no driver. I'm not sure if its just me but I have to literally BABYSIT the cops, unless I want a huge scene to clear up EDIT: one thing that kind of helped with my FPS dipping was a memory/memory cache cleaner, I have it scheduled to check and clean every 3 minutes, It's not silky smooth 60FPS but it's not 20 either. As for my other problem, as per usual I don't do enough research BEFORE posting and I found the solution, It should work. it worked for someone with the same problem, Sorry again!

Weird lagging problem
Yes it should help with your FPS lag problems, what do you have your graphic settings on? Put them on the lowest/near lowest, render distant and such being 0-1

Weird lagging problem
It's because Skype is CPU intensive. If you close it, you're using less CPU, therefore more free for the game. This goes for memory as well. Not to mention your on a notebook PC, which may cause performance issues often. However you're using an outdated version of LCPDFR, I recommend you update to LCPDFR 1.0c (newest version), any older versions are no longer supported. Try telling your friends to switch to Teamspeak, It's like skype but it can run in the background, I find it useful and I can use it (most of the time) while I play GTA, otherwise you'll either need to upgrade your PC or deal with the problems. Look up commandline.txt, I use one for my FPS dips, You might find a useful one for your computer. I've uploaded mine incase you want to try it, put it in your root GTAIV directory.

Custom Siren Help
I'm not a modder and I don't really know much about creating custom content, but I'm fairly certain Audacity has a feature or something similar. Google is your friend :) If your replacing audio files for the HORNS (Which you obviously are, custom sirens lol.) make sure you rebuild the archive as well. Oddly enough I have your exact problem (well, had.) with a custom Weapon sound & mele sound(s), except the MELE file seemed to do what your siren does, every time people would fight I would just hear an ear-rape of loud noises and distortion. Just mess around with it a bit, I'm sure it would work eventually.

Error in script loader
First of all is your game a legit copy or a crack/torrent? [ERROR - 9:10:33 PM] [] System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'AdvancedHook.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found. File name: 'AdvancedHook.dll' [ERROR - 9:35:58 PM] [] System.TypeLoadException: Could not load type 'System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ExtensionAttribute' from assembly - Not sure, someone might have to clarify this one. From the looks of the first one the game can't find your AdvancedHook.dll which should come with the autoinstaller and manual install, root folder. Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll, as well as any other dependencies for LCPDFR are in your ROOT GTAIV folder. (The auto-installer should take care of this for you, I recommend you use that if you used the manual one.) If re-installing using the auto installer is necessary, do so, just make sure you uninstall any previous versions correctly. Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 if you haven't already, any older versions aren't supported for the newest LCPDFR, I believe. (Assuming you aren't using EFLC) If you don't have them, go install these .Net Framework 4.5 Visual C++ Redistributable Run the game as administrator if you don't already. Try those that apply and if the problem persists post your LCPDFR.log again, as well as your scripthook and ScriptHookDotNet. (I used some of the questions ineseri usually asks but only the ones that apply to this problem. They are good questions and fix most problems, sorry if you didn't want me using them ineseri )

My idea(s) for pursuits/general additions in 1.0d, etc.
Huh. I guess so.

GTA V Gameplay Mod Wishlist
Maybe some custom liveries for cars, the ones in GTA V are REALLY bland. Along with that custom weapon/siren sounds. As for actual mods, if R* actually has the balls to delay heists any longer after the PC release, then obviously a working heist. Besides that, LSPDFR (Which we all know everyone is looking forward to )

What browser do you prefer to use?
Chrome. I would resort to firefox if chrome magically stopped working for some reason, UI is pretty nice in both, but I'm used to chrome.

HELP: My GTA IV keeps crashing
It's not a matter of which script is causing it (usually), but more of how many you have in total. The more scripts, the more unstable. the only way to figure out which one could be causing it is to install one at a time, and launch the game. It's pretty frustrating but when you have that many scripts you are nearly guaranteed to have stability problems. - vdH Police Helper 1.2.1b + vdHTowService This causes problems with LCPDFR for me, the developer is no longer active and hasn't made an update in a while, I stay away from vdH, however the towtruck usually causes SMPA60 for me, so I don't know but try removing that first. Thank R* for the port

HELP: Can't get golf cart to work...
Hmm. I'm really not certain that would work for noose, atleast with my understanding of the games file system (with police-cars atleast, I never modded civ/other cars) If you did most likely the cops legs would stick through the ground, but like I said I'm not sure. How are you installing the car, Automatic installer or manually? I recommend either using "Grand Theft Auto Vehicle Mod Installer (Newest version)" or OpenIV (manual) to mod the car. If you use the automatic installer try either whatever slot the golfcart uses (For testing) or the noose car you want to replace, pop ingame and see if it works (Make sure you have it set to rebuild on exit and the ELS box checked) If you use Open/SparkIV, manually replace the two files in vehicles.img. My concern is, if it's a golf cart the files wouldnt be any of the police vehicles. (police, police2, pstockade, etc) so you might need to rename the files. If it still crashes with both methods (Make sure you have a backup of your clean vehicles.img) then contact the creator of the car model, and verify that it works for police cars as well. Having PreLoadAllModels on may fix it as well, It's fixed some car related crashes for me before.

Crash when loading
The intro is shorter intentionally in LCPDFR 1.0, It's a file called AdvancedHookInit.asi, It makes loading times faster. Have fun!

Crash when loading
[INFO] (ELS) Files - Vehicle information retrieved. Detected [9] ELS-enabled models. To be honest that could possibly be the problem, I'm not sure but having that many modded cars (Depending on your computer rig) could be healthy for your game. Try restoring your vehicles.img (Verify via steam or use a backup vehicles.img...Or you can re-install) and add the car mods one at a time, it might be frustrating but it could very well be the cause. Either a bad model or just too many in general, GTAIV is prone to crashes pretty often however so it could be a multitude of things. I'll see what else I can dig up, someone else is free to respond. Like I said, it can be a thousand things causing it.

Crash when loading
I don't see why ELS would't work, make sure you're using ELS Enabled vehicles. Also, are you using LCPDFR 1.0? Older versions aren't supported, and you should update to the newest one if you haven't already. The LCPDFR log doesn't show anything from my quick skim through it, try posting your scripthook and scripthookDotNet.log...err, run GTAIV in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (GTAIV.exe) since you're on windows 8. If you have to, verify the games cache via Steam if you have a steam copy, might just be a corrupted file. Did you use the manual or autoinstaller for LCPDFR? Make sure you installed it correctly, I recommend the autoinstaller.

[THE MET] London Police Stop-n-Frisk Reveals 2 Active Warrants
I love stop and frisking. I usually wait for a suspicious vehicle and just do a traffic stop, sometimes it ends up like this, revealing a warrant or a revoked license. Or stolen credit cards in their trunks. Good video.

Crash when loading
Well let's see. - Is it a legal copy of Grand Theft Auto IV? (Cracks are not supported) - What mods do you have installed? Post your scripthookDotNet.log or list what scripts/mods you have installed - What type of crash is it? Does it crash without a message, or "Grand Theft Auto IV has stopped responding" - Are you using dsound.dll or xlive.dll as your ASI loader? I know I can't load saves (anymore), I have to delete my save file everytime I start. Try deleting your save file and/or settings.cfg, then launch.

LCPDFR 1.0c no weapons
One of the scripts might be causing it, from what I've found on previous issues. Try removing Braveheart's script, it hasn't been updated in a while and I feel it might be incompatible, but I could be wrong. Everything else should be fine and working, I use pretty much the same mods. Remove the script and try going on duty. If that doesn't work, Show me a picture of your GTAIV folder and scripts folder, I don't speak whatever code the script is in so I can't tell you for sure but It might just be an incorrect install. Did you use the auto installer or the manual LCPDFR install? EDIT: http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/simple-trainer-version-62-f2115 - Here's the trainer.

LCPDFR 1.0c no weapons
What mods do you have installed? Just ELS and LCPDFR?, in-fact just post your scripthookDotNet.log You don't happen to be pressing any buttons on your numpad do you? I know I used to have something similar where I would get stuck in an animation loop if I hit certain keys, I'm not sure if it carries over to 1.0 If all else fails (After I see what mods you have) just try verifying your game via steam. It could be a corrupted img file involving weapons. Keep in mind you'll lose your modded cars, weapons and/or sounds. All I can think of really, I'll see what I can find.

LCPDFR 1.0c no weapons
After you press Alt+P walk to a Police Station and go into the arrow to go on duty (Select your model and go back outside, etc.) Otherwise, after pressing alt+P open console (~ key, under escape) and type forceduty. It will give you your weapons and a random model out of two or three. Make sure you're using versoin 1.0c, any earlier versions aren't supported. Yeah, forceduty in console, Control+P No longer works. I wish they never got rid of the debug menu

[API][WIP/REL] Callouts+ - Additional LCPDFR API Callouts
Thanks. Hope to see a new bug update soon, I seem to get a lot of crashes with Callouts+. The only callout that doesn't work (So far) is the Car breakdown on the bridge, other than that when I place barriers too many times my script will crash. pretty much whats listed in the previous post(s) about what you are going to fix in the next update. Other than that pretty nice :).
