Hi guys remember me :)
Nice video. Love the ENB you're using too...looks good. Like the car too, very nice. Wish my rig could run as GTAIV smooth as yours. Going to have to upgrade. EDIT: You should use VDH tow mod, so you can get rid of the cars after arresting the suspect. Thanks for posting. DrDetroit

Is there a way to tone down the chance of pursuits?
I haven't checked, but there may be a option for that in the lcpdfr.ini file, located in the root folder. That may be a good place to start. Good luck! DrDetroit

REST IN PIECE SISTER, N.Y.S.P.
Wow, you're harsh. You don't know what was going on with her life issues to say such words. Must have been bad, and she felt she had no way out unfortunately. You should show a little more compassion, G-d forbid you should have such bad and painful issues in your life that would cause you to think suicide is the only solution...well that's what she went through, probably for a long time. I feel bad for her and her family. Prays are in order, not vilification. DrDetroit

I Screwed Up-Need Help
If you use Steam, you can repair the game files while in Steam. It will replace most the files with the original and you'll be good to go. Works like a charm. Good luck! DrDetroit

How to check the ID of someone in a car when I am on foot ?
You can check ID while on foot in 1.0 and higher releases. To do so; check peds ID like usual, then hit F10 again, then F12 will appear with something to the effect of "call in ped ID". You can do this with peds walking and while checking a vehicle. DrDetroit

Finally some freedom in our favor
Then let the government come into your house when ever they want to look around then...I mean, you have nothing to hide right! Let them pat you down on the street then, whenever they want to...you have nothing to hide right! Let the government into your computer or webcam to watch you, just because they want to...you have nothing to hide right. This argument is absurde on it's face and a lazy mans argument and the argument of a oppressive government. This "you have nothing to hide, then don't worry about it" mentality is wants wrong in this country; lazy thinking. There is something inherently wrong with it and to put the point on it...government does NOT have the right to do so...it's called the 4th Amendment to the Constitution. Whether you have something to hide or not. Good day, DrDetroit

how can u repair your car?
The mechanic spawn at the hood of the car immediately, really no wait time other than for him to actually fix the car (about 5-seconds), if using PH. SNT is slightly more quick but only by a few seconds. SNT is just a headache for me. Never use it, but to each his own. Good day! DrDetroit

how can u repair your car?
All that work to fix your car?? Just use Abrax's Police Helper and call the mechanic...done! Don't bother with that SNT crap if that's all you want to do with it. Also, 1.0 has areas behind two or three police stations where you can drive right up and repair your car without using PH. Simple, easy and no need to install SNT. Good luck! DrDetroit

Computer failing
Just to be sure, you should run a virus scan in safe-mode, as some can't be removed or even identified unless in safe-mode. I had to run JRT for some maleware that just would not delete unless I used the JRT and ran the virus scans in safe mode (none of my other virus scanners even found it...avast, malwarebytes). Although sounds like a hardware problem, possibly bad ram, like you mentioned. Just a thought. DrDetroit

TBOGT or GTA IV
Why is EFLC hard to mod? Not understanding what you mean by this. Anything that works for GTAIV will work for EFLC...at least all the mods I've tried. Unless you mean the developer side of things, which still would seem the same difficulty level of IV. In all truth, it's the same to mod GTAIV and EFLC...again I have both, played both and modded both, still prefer EFLC. There is no difference in modding either game except the path of the root folder. The only reason to use GTAIV would be that more interiors are unlocked, no other benefit I can think of or read here. If you don't enjoy smoother frames, less crashing, and more police car slots and a police bike slot, then go with GTAIV. Good luck! DrDetroit

Disable TBOGT Vehicles
Try using Traffic Load, you will not see those bugs. Adjustable .ini included. DrDetroit

TBOGT or GTA IV
I have both and EFLC is much more stable, runs higher FPS, and you get a police bike, and two extra police slots (police3 and police4), plus extra peds cars/bikes driving around that you will not see in GTAIV. EFLC 100% DrDetroit

Disable TBOGT Vehicles
I use ELFC, I never see that. Although, I never see my police3 or police4 unless there's a long chase...even then it's rare. DrDetroit

60 Year Old Grandpa Takes His Gaming Seriously(COD)
That's funny...I had to show my wife..."see...see...I'm not the only one!". EDIT: not that I'm 60, but she wonders why I'm always buying new controllers and screaming at my monitor. DrDetroit

Car Flips When Turning A Corner
There is a tutorial on what each line does/means....just search "handling line tutorial". Just lower the center or gravity and you'll not flip over...you'll have to check the tutorial to find which line it is. I usually lower my cars a little bit, so it sits lower and looks cool. So the handling line tutorial will come in handy when you want to tweak something. EDIT: here ya go: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Good luck, DrDetroit

Whats with all the recent police shootings?
Yea, you may be right...I think we may have invented school shootings. I can't understand it, most can't....just worthless pieces of human debris. DrDetroit

Whats with all the recent police shootings?
Yes, China, India and the US for largest population. We do have high profile events, seems like a lot of them, but those are one in a million (or greater) events. More people win the Mega Millions than run into a serial killer, or mass murderer. Just sensationalized...nothing more. I mean serial killers are hard to capture, as are very intelligent if not extremely sly and charismatic. Russia, India and most other nations simply don't have the resources (i.e: money, equipment, talent) to track and nail these guys; we (the US) does. In this case perception is not reality my friend.
