You installed it incorrectly. AIRespond files goes to plugins/lspdfr directory. AIRespond is not a Rage Plugin. Its a LSPDFR Plugin. -

You can extract the 3dtextures.ytd file by opening with WinRar then go to content and extract the ytd file to your desktop then install it here: mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures\script_txds.rpf\ drag and drop then you're done.
