If you have InteriorsV installed, you need to disable StoryModeCompatibilityMode in the InteriorsV.ini. By default is true. How to Disable StoryModeCompatibility: GTAV (Main Directory)> InteriorsV.ini > Change 'StoryCompatibility = true' to StoryCompatibility = false. That's why i put a notification to let other users know about that when they go on duty. I also put it in my description as well. I use Interiorsv. As far as other OpenInteriors mods it works fine.

Did you install the simplemenu.ytd in scripts_txds.rpf directory in OpenIV?

There is no function yet to adjust the fuel. In game menu is LShift + F8. You can disable fuel if it bothers you. You need to include the included RageNativeUI that is in the download.

Use SimpleTrainer > Vehicle Spawning > Spawn Vehicles by model name > shows you a list that you installed.

You said SimpleCTRL is "outdated" when it's not. Venoxity is taking suggestions in his discord. Join his discord and put it in suggestions. Join Venoxity's discord and put it in suggestions

Its not outdated. The manual transmission mod is not part of SimpleCTRL. You need to talk to the manual transmission mod developer on GTA5 mods about updating his mod.

Remember they can be buggy at times.
