It shouldn't be caused by LSPDFR Enhanced. Try to reload plugins. During the callouts you can move around all map but when you are out of your patrol zone you will not get new callouts.

you can change blip visibility using f7 key. To change apartment use the M key and then settings.

Spawn them using garage and it will work. The patch will be soon.

In 2.2.0.0 there is a patch for online mode, it should already work.

are you sure you have the 2.2.0.0 version? you can edit ranks.xml to play in county.

Try disabling online mode and let me know if the problem persists.

I went through your logs and put in myself plugins, which in your logs some errors were throwing up and in me everything works. In that case, I guess the only way out is for you to find which plugin is causing it yourself. Move half the LSPDFR plugins to another folder, then half again, etc. until you find which plugin is causing the problem.
