  1. Wrong section, should have been in content modifications, moved.
  2. It's only the second highest rated mod on the site, not something you'd notice if you visited the download centre.
  3. Nothing to see here! This topic has been closed by G17 Media staff. If you feel that this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  4. You're having issues creating a new topic because you have to follow the troubleshooter as well as read the stickies in this section. It is also not allowed to thread hijack.
  5. And is it plastered in lights. On a related note:
  6. The Devon and Cornwall Constabulary unveiled their new high speed anti crime unit today, criminal all over the county are now more scared than ever of plod when they roll around in their tricked out rides:
  7. That is not related to LCPDFR, and therefore do not belong in this topic, or sections.
  8. You will need a legit copy of GTA IV or EFLC, it can be bought either in the old DVD-disc format, or the Steam version. We do not provide any support for cracked copies, whether they are used on a copy bought legally or downloaded from the dodgy internet.
  9. You'll have to edit the "emerglights" file, it's name can vary from modder to modder, but it's a texture in the .wtd file that defines the light colours. Using SParkIV or even OpenIV, you can export that file, and open it in a image editor,
  10. Another option would be to make a newer version, which could look something like this:
  11. I've stated in previous posts that there's good reasoning behind building your own pc, first of all, it's not that hard, you'll get much more PC power for your money, and the satisfaction that comes with it isn't bad either. If you don't know how to build it yourself, ask one of your mates that knows a thing or two about computer to lend a hand, you'd be amazed how far a pizza and a drink will get you:)
  12. As I stated above, do not attempt to hijack the thread. However, I can already tell you that you will be told to Google it if you create a thread on this, I just Googled "visual iv", and it was the first result that popped up. Do not make another off-topic post in this topic.
  13. You seem to have set your privacy settings too strict for us non-twitteres to see them.
  14. This isn't related to LCPDFR, moving this to Random.
  15. Google's your friend. Please refrain from thread hijacking.
  16. If you'd done your research you would have read that it's a known issue.
  17. Most convincing advert, that goes to Carls Jr and their Kate Upton drive in, every time I see that advert I get hungry as hell.
  18. Senatov, don't double post, edit your previous post
  19. So this: Or this: Didn't come up? I'm sure that you could get a lot of useful sites if you google "GTA IV car mods", or even just "GTA IV mods"
  20. Wrong section, content modifications. Also, do your own research, look for cars on YouTube, LCPDFR's download section, as well as other GTA modding sites.
  21. Just change the install directory when you're installing LCPDFR to your GTA install in the steam directory, which for me would be: C:Program Files (x86)Steamsteamappscommon That's where your games are installed when you install steam, note that I am using a 64 bit operating system, it is: C:Program FilesSteamsteamappscommon If you're using a 32 bit operating system. You should see a list of the games you've installed in the common folder, open the GTA folder, right click on the address bar and click on "copy address as text", paste this in the installer when it asks for the directory.
  22. I had roughly the same issue the other day, I solved it by redownloading the installer.
