  1. It's all the players who aren't registered on the site, they still count in the live wall and the total overview crime statistics.
  2. I've ventured into the dark corners of GPM, and I found this: http://gtapolicemods...do=file&id=1293 It's the newer, LED version of the 930L, which has clear lenses due to how the light modules are configured.
  3. Harper made a helpful video that shows how to install and deal with possible errors, you can find it here:
  4. Good idea, I've been thinking about that myself.
  5. NicolaiB commented on Trooper Bird's gallery image in GTA IV Galleries
  6. Regardless of it being illegal or not, it will be hard for police to find evidence that you ended up on the scene as a result of listening to a scanner, unless you bring it to the scene. Here it is not illegal to listen to a scanner, but it is illegal to act upon the information you get from a scanner and go to scenes, this is ignored though with websites such as: http://www.112-aarhus.dk/photogallery.php http://www.alarm112danmark.dk/news.php (Note, some of those many sites that exist has deals with the local fire brigade, they get the information directly from the fire brigade itself). I've been on scene at a few fires, it's not something that's "fun" especially if it's a residential fire, it's people who's losing pretty much everything they own. It's not a spectator sport, although have respect if you do show up to scenes, put yourself in the place of those who are victims of the fire if you're in doubt as to what you should do. If you need your "fix", the LAFD operates a "flickr" account, which is updated very frequently, they have several full-time photographers embedded at different stations: http://www.flickr.com/photos/lafd/ There's a few good Flickr accounts out there for those who are interested in such things: http://www.flickr.com/photos/smokeshowing is one of those, Flickr is definitely worth checking out if you are interested in emergency vehicles, as there's quite a few groups on the site dedicated to emergency vehicles, both worldwide and geographically limited.

  8. Wrong section, this belongs in the LCPDFR support section, remember to read the stickies and follow the troubleshooter that comes up when you attempt to make a new thread, you will be allowed to post a thread if the troubleshooter can't solve your problem. I've closed this thread.
  9. Okay guys, we're getting off-topic here, this isn't the place for a fan-boy war, this thread was made for helping out people pick the right parts for their computers if they are building or upgrading.
  10. Again, this thread is for discussing LCPDFR on cracked copies, not piracy in general, please stick to the topic.
  11. Don't attempt to hi-jack the thread, instead create a new thread in the LCPDFR > support section, remember to read the stickies, follow the troubleshooter and post the required logs if the toubleshooter cannot solve your problem. I'll move this thread to the correct section, which is LCPDFR support, this is an exceptional case where developers has already replied to the support request.
  12. I'll elaborate a bit on that answer: As state, you need to open the ELS.ini file, which can be found in the main GTA IV folder, scroll down until you find a the car you are looking for, in it might be "police", the Ford Crown Victoria style car named "Police Cruiser" in-game. You'll see the following: [ POLICE ] Active = 1 Halogen_Only = 0 Color_Light1L = 1 Color_Light2L = 1 Color_Light3R = 0 Color_Light4R = 0 Color_Light7L = 3 Color_Light8C = 3 Color_Light9R = 3 Offst_SLights = 0 If you want the car to have ELS lights, set active to =1, if you want to disable ELS on the vehicle, but wants to keep it in the configuration file, change it to =0. You can also delete the car configuration from the file if you want to. Halogen_only should only be used if you're using a ELS-H model, ELS-H mimics the rotating effect the old halogen rotator bars had, it will state when you download the model, and in the readme if it is ELS or ELS-H, in order to enable ELS-H, change Halogen_Only to =1, if you want to disable it after you enabled it, change that value back to =0. The nine Color_Light[Number][Letter] denotes each light, the 1L is forward Left, 2L is rear left, 3R is Front right, and 4R is rear right. the 7-8-9 LCR is for the secondary lights, change the values accordingly. The values after the Color_Light[Number][Letter] tells you which colour will be flashed you ahve the following options: // Red 0 // Blue 1 // White 2 // Amber 3 // Green 4 // You can also find them in the "reference" part of the ELS.INI file. Change the value after the "=" sign to the colour you want to flash on the ground. You can make further customizations to ELS if you want to, you can change the different key functions, as well as other settings, such as disabling ELS for AI cars, toggle the flash sound that is characteristic of strobe lights, it should all explain itself in the INI file, otherwise post your question here and someone can help you out.
  13. If you're using SNT you can enable mobile radio.
  14. The person who downrepped you does not need to justify his/her behaviour, so it's not really useful to complain about it.

  16. We do not provide support for installations with other mods installed than LCPDFR, uninstall those mods, we cannot help you if it works in that state.
  17. Don't approve this file until further notice, check report centre for further.
  18. There's limitations to using "cracked" copies, for one, they require Xliveless as ASI loader. Using a crack could also cause all sorts of errors, even with a fresh install of GTA IV, which is why we have a policy of no providing support for people who are using Cracked copies. I am using the word cracked as opposed to pirated as those two aren't mutually exclusive. Also, keep in mind that this thread isn't about piracy in general.
  19. There is no Courthouse as far as I know, you might be confusing it with City Hall, which is in Downtown Algonquin, in the borough "City Hall"
