You can edit how bright the ELS lights are by opening the visualsettings.dat file and finding the following lines: car.defaultlight.emissive.on 100.00 car.defaultlight.emissive.off 100.00 The number at the end represents the vaule set, lower for dimmer lights (30-40 for a somewhat realistic daytime lights, 100-130 for somewhat realistic night-time lights) The on refers to whether or not the engine is on, and the off refers to the engine being off, setting them to the same value will make the AI cops leave the cars with the ELS lights on.

It's the the best place to have your truncheon, but it works, otherwise a good kit, the ASP and Speedcuffs are among the best.

I believe that it's only possible to have extra 0-8 working in GTA.

It looks like this because the textures are missing in the wtd file, did you import the car model, but forgot to import the texture file? -
It's missing the textures, hopefully you took a back-up of the file you altered for the radio.

No, only if you have the unlocked model.I have several statements from firemen and cops that, despite at least five cars being parked up, bight flashing lights on all of them, that people still manage to miss them, there's a video on YouTube somewhere of two danish coppers being parked up across a motorway, lights flashing and people still fly past. A large part of the general population is very stupid. and should not be operating a motor vehicle.As I stated, there's one with the wraparound bar, and one with the normal pushbar.

They came with the model I got from him, I doubt that he'll give the unlocked model to anyone that asks, especially inexperienced modders like myself. but you could try and ask him.- 43 comments

Released:It'll have to be done using the default livery for the Police Patrol (Declasse Merit police car) , it somehow cocks up the model if you UV wrap the model, I'd suggest trying with the taxi or the civilian version if you want custom liveries. It's a good starter project for you.
