ARMA 2 is my favourite shooter game by far, it's the only game that still gets me properly excited after having played 124 hours, chances are I'll be doing some more ARMA videos in the future.

The issue is generally caused by people either having a computer that aren't powerful enough to run GTA IV or they have installed too many car mods, so it's not related to LCPDFR, I've moved this thread to GTA IV > Support.

There's a few forum systems to chose from, we're using Invision power board, as are they.

There's a bunch of these YouTube channels, even websites based on GTA:V "news" and "rumours", the common thing with all of them, is that they are funded by ads on the site, each time they get a hit, they get money, so they make up leaks, news and rumours, they have nothing to base it on whatsoever, and it's often obvious that they are pulling it out of their behinds. However, they are the only ones that are maintaining at least some hype about the game, Rockstar is on a massive Max Payne 3 PR onslaught, we'll have to wait at least a couple of months before any official news from Rockstar.

I think he's looking for stuff such as whether or not the owner has insured the vehicle, if it requires any sort of fitness inspection, if the owner paid tax, etc. As far as what I am aware, it varies from state to state, however there's some general points: Insurance, "tags"/registration plates (valid/stolen/expired etc), registered keeper, outstanding warrants, special markers (drugs/gang etc, anything of interest). Some states may require other detail, and my my terminology is probably wrong as well.

You can replace the barrier with a model of police tape, but actual functioning police cordon where you tie the tape to one object and stretch it over a distance to another object isn't possible. It depends on where you are, police here doesn't have barriers, they park their vehicles on the road with lights on and uses tape to cordon off to the remaining area, a policeman will shout at you if you still walk or drive though, unlike America, where they will shoot to kill:)

I know that Sam is currently working, or planning on doing a few side projects after 0.95, so don't expect it to be out a couple of weeks after 0.95, it'll take the time it needs.

It uses the same light textures for the reverse light flashers and tail-light flashers as the normal brake and tail lights, so it would require a re-mapping of the model if it's to not affect the normal brake and reverse lights.

It depends on how you have it set up, Shift means sprint, as a cop, you can only do normal walking, and sprinting, not running, which is what most suspects tend to do, that's why you catch them so damn easy. The only fix I can think of would be to change the walk style using either the trainer, or in peds.ide
