  1. What do you mean by man sounds, you can do voice commands via the car megaphone using the num pad keys 1,4 and 7. Are you referring to the manual siren option some siren amplifiers has?
  2. You won't respond to anyone like that, as per the community guidelines. If anyone is in doubt as to whether or not their PC can run a game, use: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx , select Grand Theft Auto IV from the drop down menu, that will give you the answers you need, it will tell you if you can run the game on the minimum settings, recommended settings, and what components could do with an upgrade.
  3. JamesCraftStudios, you've triple posted, edit your existing post instead of making a new one.

  8. We do not provide support for installations with other mods installed, only fresh installations with GTA IV and LCPDFR is supported. Futhermore, do not post more than one consecutive post, edit your existing post instead, I've merged the three posts.
  9. It's created by Sam, so chances are that the developers are reading it. We also have a suggestions section, which is closed until further notice.

  11. Don't necro-post, this topic is old and dead a long time ago, please check the last post date to see if the thread has been idle for a while.
  12. You really have to start doing just a little bit of research before posting, this belongs in the media section of the forum, I've moved this. Furthermore, you don't really have anything to show right now, so it's not really a useful topic at the moment.
  13. The E7 has been around for a while, someone even made one for GTA IV. The concept is good, building a car specifically designed for police, however the E7 is rather expensive, moreso than the Charger, which is currently twice what the CVPI cost when that was one sale. It costs production costs to use vehicles already in production, and then adapting them to police use, it may be less practical, but it is cheaper, and that matters to virtually all police forces right now.
  14. Not related to LCPDFR, moving to GTA IV > support.
  15. This is very nearly considered necro-posting, which we do not allow. On a unrelated note to the necro-posting, this thread is in the wrong section, moved to GTA IV > discussion.

  17. We only provide support for "clean" installations, I.E. installations where no other mods are installed.
  18. The whole CVPI/Charger thing is pretty worn out tbh, adding spoilers and other naff bits won't help.
  19. Not related to LCPDFR, moving to Content modifications
  20. There's tutorials both here on LCPDFR and other sites, all it takes is a bit of research, that's how the rest of us learn stuff.
