Hi, I have played on this PC for several months and this is a new problem for me. The first thing you are going to say is that I probably have bad specs. I don't think that's the case here and I am also aware the game is badly ported for PC. When I play GTA, I get lag spikes every few minutes that last for 10 - 15 seconds. I have tried everything I possible can, virus checks, disabling virus software checks to ensure nothing is faulty. This has only been a problem in the last week or so and I don't know how to fix it. The problem also occurs on minimum settings. I record YouTube videos and in this one, go to 1:45 and you will see I suddenly start lagging.

Intel HD graphics only has 64mb of space. It probably won't work very well.

I think they are nice. There isn't much point, but if the guy wants strobes, he can have strobes :)

I use a controller and when I turn on my piercing siren, it makes the horn sound as well as the siren sound. Its is not the siren as I have tried several sinse installing ELS 7. I recommend that you don't use a laptop mic for commentaries. They are usually very bad quality and give a lot of background noise. I think you should get a head set :)

What is a good graphics card for ENB?

It should be in your GTA IV directory or in your download file

So what do I map the keys to?

Does anyone know how to turn the siren on with a controller like you used to in ELS 6?

I was wondering how fast does your internet need to be when playing GTA in multiplayer. Does it use the upload speed or the download speed? Sorry, I don't really know how to clearly explain it but I can't find nothing on the internet about it.

I recently had a lot of crashing issues with my GTA so I reinstalled. I used to play with a controller but that doesn't work anymore and only a few of my keyboard controls work. I've been trying to fix this for a couple of days and still no luck. Is there anything I can do? I have reinstalled over and over, tried re-mapping the keys. Still nothing.

I Was wondering if an Xeon 2.0 Ghz quad core processor with a 2GB graphics card would be good enough to run GTA and LCPDFR? P.S, Sorry if this was the wrong place to post this.

Do you know what the stations are called?

I am trying to change the signs on the police station but cant figure out how. I want to customize it but I really can't find anything on google to help me. I hope you understand what I mean. Any help will be appreciated.
