I am trying to change the signs on the police station but cant figure out how. I want to customize it but  I really can't find anything on google to help me. I hope you understand what I mean. Any help will be appreciated.

Textures would be in the maps files. Use spark iv or open iv, but you would need to find the station you would be interested in editing. 

Do you know what the stations are called?

Joey- I know where to get them at, But seems when i export it, it is not in a png file so it will not allow me to make the changes or edit it at all, Any ideas? Thanks

 

if you download this in the read me is where this police station is at, i dont know what the other ones are called just this one, hope this helps ya find one.

Hey boys,  check out fellow member ABRAXAS's files here: .    The included 'Read Me' reveals the location of the files you guys are looking for. (I believe anyway)    Also, I use "PhotoFiltre"  which is FREE,  http://www.photofiltre-studio.com/ -  as my 'quick and dirty' image editing software and save everything as a .PNG file for later importing to GTA IV...as previously stated, you can use OPENIV  - openiv.com . to import your .png textures into the game.  Also check out this: http://www.gtamodding.com/index.php?title=Importing_Textures_with_OpenIV . You may also check out youtube & google for tutorials as well.   Good luck with all of your texture modding escapades!!!! You guys will figure it out rather quickly i'm sure!
