But to answer it anyway, maybe not.

You've got Intel HD Graphics. Which means you don't have an External Graphics card running Graphical tasks. This brings your Gaming ability to very low.

The game's got very very low graphical requirements, so I would say download it & try anyway.

I don't know about your GPU, it's very weak. The game is free, so I don't see the harm in downloading it and just trying it out. All your other parts should be fine.
