  1. Errrrmmm, is the car supposed to have two different unit numbers?! Also, it looks really low quality, you can't just rip it directly from a real life image: you need to re-create some stuff.
  2. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but could this not have been done in the comments system for the mod?
  3. From reading that it would appear you don't have an ASI loader (dsound.dll or xlive.dll) and it also appears as if you're missing .NET Scripthook. Also I believe you need to install .NET Framework 4.5. Give those a try and report back! EDIT: Make sure you run via the LaunchGTAIV.exe file found in your installation folder (as administrator) and not via Steam.
  4. What are your PC's specs? I believe it's a problem with your Graphics Card.
  5. I'm sure it's the version of ENB Series it's based on. Just take the d3d9.dll (or whatever it's called) and replace yours with that one.
  6. He answered it in his other thread: . What are the specs of the PC you're trying to play GTA on? Also, the operating system would help too.
  7. Try using DxTory. It records at a different FPS than it's being played at. So for example, you could be playing at 30-40 FPS and it would be recorded at 25-30 FPS. It's all dependent on your hard drive.
  8. You should show a pic of the car that you based it off so people can see.
  9. I'd have to go with the Charger rims. But they're not correct, nor are any of the others. Also, it wasn't hate. It was criticism and advice.
  10. Recommended program: ZModeler2 ($22). Unlocked Rims: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2171 Tutorial: http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/vehicle-modification-tutorial/video-adding-replacing-wheels-r43 Good luck :)

  12. I have a copy of it. I'll put it in a rar and send it to you via PM
  13. I know you said you've tried everything, but have you tried forwarding the ports of whatever game? If so, have you tried changing the NAT Restrictions? (often under the security tab)

  17. PFC's Liberty works fine for me. I used it on the CPD Pack for Stinkace ('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>). Also, the Liberty in the pic is KevinDV's unlocked one from GTA Modding Chest.
  18. There aren't any.... Stop grave digging threads. It just makes you seem like an ass.
  19. There's a perfectly good reason why you don't have one: Sorry but, who are you? You have no work released....
  20. Sie müssen ZModeler2 kaufen... Es ist zweiundzwanzig Dollar (http://www.zmodeler2.com/?mode=register)
  21. Ah ok, I was gonna suggest you stream some GTA V, but since you're not able to atm never mind it.
