@OP, just to let you know the Marion county lightbar isn't a 21TR. I suppose you could say it's part of the same 'family'. It's a Code 3 x2100 (you can tell because of the LED modules of 6 LEDs per module).

In the hierarchy, right click the name of the object you're getting the error with and select "Properties". Go though expanding: "Mesh" > "Vertices" > "Format" > and double click on the value for "UV Channels", removing the "1" and replacing it with "2". Once done, click apply and ok and then try editing the UV again.

Honestly that one is quite bad. If he is able to convert that, I don't see why he can't convert the one from NFS, since it looks more realistic.

Try saving a .z3d file of it, then close ZModeler, open the save file and then export.

gamemodels.ru EDIT: the Explorer's you're seeing are probably from me and Mike Oscar Modding. Everyone that has the Explorer (from us) has traded for it. So it would be unfair if I just start giving it out to everyone. Also there are NO unlocked Explorer models as it's a very sought after car, as is a 2013 Charger and 2013 Taurus.The best thing you can do is get into scratch modelling and/or converting cars, so that you have something to trade for parts. ^

Does it honestly matter if it's 100-200x too big? You're just going to scale it down?! The best way is to have the axis X and Y selected and in any view hold SHIFT and drag down to scale.

Why not try importing it into ZModeler and import a default GTA IV car (the one that looks the closest) and scale it from there. I'd highly recommend not using a Sketchup model, try using one from a different game? gamemodels is definitely a good choice for them.

I think he means it's not very accurate. Personally, it's a good effort for first time. When I first started making American skins, I'd under-perform by quite a bit (mainly because I needed practice, which with it, you'll be able to make better skins). Keep trying and you'll be surprised is all I can say! -

You have to uninstall your GTA IV, then you re-install it. This time you run the 1.0.4.0 patch executable (once finished installing) to, believe it or not, patch the game to 1.0.4.0. Once you've done that, you should be good to go. If you don't want to uninstall your current GTA IV, create a copy - a backup - and name it something different. Then uninstall and do the above.

Thanks. The reason I had those there was because of Traffic Flow; cops and ambulances kept responding with lights and sirens and because of that, I couldn't shoot the driver. So I had to run away and hope for it to de-spawn.

On Saturday 2nd November at 19:00, the Liberty City Police Department received a call of shots fired on Colony Island. Two vehicles promptly responded. One of the officers was shot and killed. The call was then changed to priority one - all officers break and roll code 3. The suspect was soon killed. At 21:00 the FBI received a call from the LCPD, asking them to investigate the murder of the officer. An officer who was on scene stated that it "was like hell". The LCPD have released no further information regarding the case.
