Errrrmmm, is the car supposed to have two different unit numbers?! Also, it looks really low quality, you can't just rip it directly from a real life image: you need to re-create some stuff.

Needs a lot of work. Looks like you took it off a picture and just pasted it onto this.

I'd doubt someone rated this a 5/5 because it looks like minimal effort was put into this. You've just pasted a pictured onto a template.

Okay, so, let's do the classic way of my reviewing. I don't like to sugarcoat, so I'll tell you the bad things. Firstly, we really want in-game screenshots, it's so much more accurate than OpenIV shots. Also, you may want to work on your description since it isn't very informative. Things you'll want to include are, who made the model and where to find the model. I haven't heard of DMing, and fix up that 'mee'. Make the text a bit smaller and include a link to the original model. Then, include a short description about the texture, and possibly where Suffolk is. Try to do something catchy and cool and fictional (take a look at my Federal Signal Legend CVPI's description). Secondly, this is where I talk about small details, you missed quite a bit of things. The unit number or whatever Cope 61 is, is missing. Where has it gone? Could it be that blurry and out of place slogan we can barely read? The 116 is totally random too. Thirdly, some of the bigger more major stuff, the stripe seems kind of iffy too. It slopes upward at an awkward position and slopes at a point nothing like where it slopes on the real car. The text is also stretched quite a bit, and is way too tall. The text is very very blurry, and I know for sure since it isn't the model seeing as though it's probably Cj24's, which is very well made. Like some people have mentioned above, you can't rip a design directly from a real car, copy and paste it onto a virtual 3D one and expect it to look good. I'm sorry if I'm coming off to you as an asshole, it's just that when someone does make a bad skin, you really can't tell them it's good, because then they get more hate and don't know why. Thanks for understanding.

Ok I lived in Suffolk County in Long Island NY before moving to VA, lived in the 4th pct. while the image does need to be cleaned up it's not a direct copy from a picture because the badge between Suffolk and Police is missing. Try adding the badge and pulling the front half of the skin from Police back alittle to line it up with the wheel well. I would leave out the Unit number ( COPE-61 which is 6th pct speacil unit or the 116 which is
