Can you post the file from Grand Theft Auto V>RagePluginHook (textdocument) Additionally, believe it or not, computer restart can work wonders, especially after altering folders and files. It may just be my pc and a Windows Defender issue, but anytime I edit my gta5 folder it tells me protected memory blah blah in the log, restart computer game loads fine..everytime.

You should be able to even the audio out by raising the volume in gta5 settings menu for the game and lowering you main volume on the pc

You need to edit the vehicles in lspdfr>data>agency or lspdfr>data>custom>agency if one is there. For any agency that has a vehicle in it between <Vehicle></Vehicle> and a flag of <SpawnsAmbiently> you will see those units patrolling whatever region that agency covers. Ultimate Backup files have nothing to do with units patrolling, they only respond as backup when you call for backup using the Ultimate Backup menu.

Ok smartradio, LSPDFR+ , better EMS ect, all the must haves all get installed in Grand Theft Auto V>plugins>lspdfr You do not load them using any menu, they automatically load when you go on duty

your albo1125.common is outdated. Be sure traffic policer is not outdated also

Can you try to load the game, after it crashes go to Grand Theft Auto V>RagePluginHook (textdocument) and upload it

Um Your using RageShowMyLocation. Using 2 year old outdated mods is exactly the reason your having problems and will continue to have them. I didn't bother to check the rest but im sure your just plopped in there whatever you wanted. Even if its updated and you download it, there could be an issue. LSPDFR works fine. Fact of the matter is no matter how much your helped, your obviously going to do what you want, download what you want, and if it don't work then it is LSPDFR's fault. Fact is lspdfr works fine until you try to add other creators content in, and they have not had very long to fix for 0.4. Heres the solution, don't be a dumbass.

More than likely your platgta.exe is being quarantined by an antivirus

add exceptions for gta5 folder into your antivurus
