set the rph loading time to 60000. you can do that by starting rph and holding shift until the window opens or start rph and click on the cogwheel symbol. if it does not help, post the ragepluginhook.log from the gta folder

thats what im asking 😄 first go ingame with the mods folder not renamed, if it works the folder is fine if it doesnt work, rename to _mods and try again

The manual installation of LSPDFR is dragging and dropping it in the main gta folder, the same with RPH. Do not put it in the mods folder. Why would you want to do that?

What error? Can you start gta on its own?
