Install pyrocommon from supercallouts in the main gta folder disable ambient game blips in the lspdfr.ini by editing Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true

For the get money: the money from the player is not the money from the story mode peds. the players money is then treated as a normal npc ped and the maximum money you can have is 65536 -> 16^4 if you go on duty this value might be set to 0, so if you give yourself money then, it should return the new value then. for the weapon stuff pls provide another screenshot how you’ve done that

You are playing on very old versions of Ragepluginhook, lspdfr and gta pls update those and try again.

Cntrl + P opens the ELS panel. Make sure your vehicle is ELS compatible and the vehicle.xml config file is in gtav/ELS/pack_default

I assume it’s a mods folder issue. For that, just start gta alone without Ragepluginhook. if it still crashes, it would likely be a mods folder issue.
