ok, i think I get it. i think, the problem is propably in your mods stuff. first try renaming your mods folder to _mods and start gta. if still problem, try the following: i would suggest you remove all files (lspdfr, rph, mods), so that you only have your default gta files. (you can google gta or default vanilla files, watch out which version you have... epic games, steam, or other) then check if gta starts if yes install only lspdfr with rph and start that. if that works, its logic the problem is in your mods or added files. i will be back tomorrow. good night

so you have gta and rph and lspdfr installed, but you cannot start gta alone? when you remove rph and lspdfr, your gta starts?

Is your windows time and date in the lower right corner correct?

you can try to set this to 60000.

so before your game crash, do you have a black screen and in the lower right corner stands "Loading LSPDFR"? And after maybe 20sec, you have your game crash?

You can try starting gta alone, wait till you here the sirens in the loading screen, and then start rph.

So you cannot run gta alone without rph or lspdfr?

I don't know exactly what causes your crash. You propably mean this: Command line option "ignoreDifferentVideoCard" is specified twice. Please remove one. You can ignore that.

Can you start gta without lspdfr or rph?

Have you installed EUP Law & Order and EUP and EUPFR Basic Configurations?

It looks like LSPDFR is loaded up 2 times. Open startup.rphs with notepad++ for example, and make sure, there is only: LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

You have 29 Callouts, respect to your pc. Disable them and see if your game works.

You need to download and install the manual verison. To play LSPDFR, you need to start RAGEPluginHook.exe.
