GTA modding is only done on PC, so you will need to pickup a gaming computer, you can get cheap ones or go up to the expensive ones to get better frames and graphics during gameplay

It's still a WIP and the base is decent the picture might make it seem otherwise. Yes the board does go up and down too, doesn't lay flat but goes down. -
Maybe a LTD? I know someone who can though @Lundy is big into old cars
