I was wondering what is the best way to upload a video on Youtube. After recording a video usually for gaming, what is the best way to save it so it is easily uploaded on to YT? I use GeForce Experience to record and sometimes I have to do a little editing before uploading it to youtube. I am uploading one now and it is taking forever! I uploaded it with no changes meaning I am uploading it from the Geforce format. Looks like GeForce saves the recordings as an MP4 file. The file I'm uploading is from Geforce MP4, 14.2 GB and 47mins long. That is the one that is taking a long time. I know part of it has to do with your internet speed which I can't remember what mine is but it's not that high of a package because it is expensive from AT&T. I like the quality it records from GeForce but if I had to edit or just go in and change the file format, how should I save it so it will upload quicker and keep the picture quality the same? I use Cyberlink Power Director. Here is a pic of the options I have to save the video. What are the best save settings to upload the vid on to YT? Like I said I want to keep the picture quality same or better but try to improve the upload speed. Any other suggestions would be appreciated also. Thanks.

Oh is that what it was? After loading the game my character stepped out of the passenger side of a patrol car and the driver officer got out at the same time and walked away. I thought, what? did I just come back from a ride along or something. Didn't think of he might have dropped me off to work. Then there is the white blip so I guess that's my car he was driving. 😁

A couple of those i agree with. I don't like how radio turns automatically when you get into cruiser. Should be defaulted to off and if you want it turn it on. I don't like the audio and camera focus every time you see the suspect. All of a sudden the camera moves and if the suspect is coming back the other way the camera will be forcing you to look behind and then, well you might crash. The explosion is getting annoying along with the screen flash. I saw Chase.DisableCameraFocus some where but didn't really know what it was for so I'll look for it again and change it. I didn't really notice traffic any better, in fact a bit worse, so I'm not sure. I would still install Clear the Way and then there is Traffic Discipline and something else that would make traffic better. Couple other things I would like in an ini file too but I can't remember what they are.

Even though it has expired, is it still on your computer? As long as it is still installed though expired or inactive it may be the issue. If installed it would still be running in the background so you might disable it.

I think that is the N key you press for when you are in pursuit. When i press N the menu comes up but I can't seem to select anything. I can scroll but I've pressed enter and a few other keys and nothing happens. No additional dialog comes up, no enabled or disabled comes up so I don't know what is supposed to happen. When I close the menu it cancels the AI cops but the red blip and suspect are still going so i have to call backup again. Also the menu itself doesn't look complete. I think something is't right in that menu. Or is it just me?

If I remember, disable your antivirus then try. I think it's your anti virus that is crashing it.

I noticed the same thing. Except i did pick up the suspect weapon he dropped after he got shot. Called EMS through LSPDFR Backup, I don't have Ultimate installed yet. EMS comes and actually saves the person. Suspect stands up and just stands there. Since I picked up the weapon I guess he doesn't know what to do. I wish the Medics would take the patient to the ambulance and go but patient just stands there. So it seems like that isn't scripted right.

When in Pursuit I press N to bring up the pursuit menu options and it looks like this. I can scroll up and down but can't select anything. Nothing happens. The menu itself looks incomplete. And when i close out the menu it terminates the AI police but the red blip and suspects are still going like the pursuit is still on but the AI police got cancelled. So what is up with that?

I discovered this mod about a year ago and have spent more time learning to mod than play it. The game seemed so interesting that it was worth the time to learn. Now trying to not screw something up after a big rockstar update or I'll have reinstall everything and you know how long that could be.

In the ini look for this line; // Disable the default LSPDFR backup menu to avoid conflict if you are using "B" key as Ultimate Backup toggle menu key (default=yes) DisableDefaultLSPDFRBackup=yes It is defaulted to yes unless you changed it. But make sure it says yes. That should fix it.

Just noticed Ultimate Backup and Stop the Ped are back up the DL page. I figured and hoped it was just an update thingy. Thank You BejoIjo!

We don't know the reason why they were removed but let's hope it was just to update it to 0.4. Maybe the Author saw that the mods would be a problem with the version. Don't know for sure though, just fartin' in the wind here with my thoughts. Looks like the Author has logged in here after the mods were removed and I'm sure he wouldn't leave us hanging as popular as those mods were. Bit more patience. At first I found it funny that you could call coroner for dead animals, roadkill. Especially in the county those coyotes love to run into the road. You all didn't happen to put a animal services feature in there did you?

Just wondering how you all installed 0.4. I haven't installed it yet. Were you able to install it in your modified folder or did you have to have a clean version of GTAV? I would think maybe go with a non-modded folder to see what all 0.4 is. Then add additional mods to fill in the "gaps". Just wondering what you all did before I install mine.

Doesn't Albo have Tow and Coroner in one of his mods? He updates this regularly.

Ok cool. I posted a couple videos years ago but I forgot how to do it. I don't think I uploaded the vids on YT at the time. I think it was another site that is gone now. I almost think I had to do that with pictures to. And I think the method of posting / linking it was a little different to too, I talking about 2004 time period. So I just didn't remember. So cool, I was thinking of putting up some short vids of some crazy things that has happened in my game play. Not glitching related just the crazyness of GTA.

HAHA! That's a pretty good run. I don't think I've played that long, maybe over 3 hours with no crash. But usually after that long the game gets messed up somewhere I would have to quit and restart it. Does that include a plugin not crashing too?

I like Traffic Policer and use it. I had to look up the ini to see what it had since I can't remember what Albo's mod do what. TP has enable door locks which I think is real handy and you can set the distance to lock and unlock. I can't tell you how many times I'm doing something on scene and some ped runs up and tries to take my patrol car. Doors locked knucklehead. Now I have to stop the ped and arrest them because, you know, you don't steal my car. I don't see a charge for attempted car jacking or attempted vehicle stealing of some sort but usually they have something on them that I can arrest them for. Also the Road management is useful for setting up signs to block the road so drivers don't get in the way as you try to clean up the scene. There are several ambient events like drunk driver, Unworthy Road Vehicle, Street Race, Stolen Vehicle, No light on at Dark, Burnout when Stationary, Reving when Stationary and a few others. Has speed checker if you do freeway speed checking. Big thing for me is when pull over you can tell the driver to follow you, mimic you to pullover, or set a marker for them to drive to. i use those a lot. I'm not sure if Stop the Ped has those and I was just going to download it but it's gone for now. I'm guessing it is Arrest Manager that STP is better at? Though I do like in AM the scene and ped management and for ped you can call a Taxi so they don't just walk off into the wilderness. I thought there was something else you could do for a ped I liked but can't remember. You can grab the ped and guide them using whatever key you assign. For some reason I think I've seen in a video that you go to the STP menu and select grab ped which is just a few extra things you have to select to grab them, not sure though. I want to grab them quickly and not go thru a menu. Everything else looks like it might be covered by STP. But those are a few things I like in AM and TP.

How do you post videos like in the media section. I don't think you can upload because of file size so do you put your vid on another site and link it?

I've seen Jeff F get it by a sniper in one of his vids. He teleported back and saw the guy had a sniper rifle and that is why he got killed with one shot. I get shot up at times. If I get a call for a terrorist and I get too close and he fires his rocket launcher at me, i'm a goner. Maybe i just haven't played as long as you all have so I'm not that good. Sometimes for me I'm pressing a button to duck or get my gun out and my character isn't doing it. In the mean time I'm gettin' lit up. So I don't know.

I was just wondering what callouts you all use. I have Assorted, Law and LP callouts. I just installed Wilderness but there are a couple little things that glitch like in EUP the chevrons on your shoulder for Ranks don't seem to show up like they did before I installed Wilderness. The stars and bars on the collar show but not the chevrons. Also I notice that the frequency of all the callouts are a lot less. Wilderness is a couple years outdated but still seems to work. I might take it out though for those 2 glitches though. I am about to install PeterU and Cheep. How many callouts do you have and which ones? Do you have an issues with multiple callouts installed? I would think the latest updated callouts would be the most stable though ones like Wilderness seem to still work except for a couple hiccups.

How about your reverse lights? What color do those say? I think on my FPIU the reverse lights said white which would be true but since they were so close to the brake lights it made the break lights look white. I just remembered that it looked like that on code 3. I think normal cruise was ok. Wonder if it is a problem with vehicle that the author may have to fix.

In the ELS XML file open it up and check the color and you can change it to red. I had that happen to one of my vehicles. You should see this in your vehicles ELS XML. <ACORONAS> <Headlights DfltPattern="0" ColorL="white" ColorR="white" /> <TailLights DfltPattern="0" ColorL="red" ColorR="red" /> <IndicatorsF DfltPattern="1" ColorL="red" ColorR="blue" /> <IndicatorsB DfltPattern="0" ColorL="red" ColorR="red" /> <ReverseLights DfltPattern="1" ColorL="red" ColorR="blue" /> </ACORONAS> Change the tail lights to red. It will probably say white on yours.
