    Might break my game, but I'm going to risk it. Car looks great, crazy amount of lights and antennas but for some reason it just works. The different LED/DRL wig wag you have on this are the cherry on top.

    Just felt like creating a different skin for this model since I couldn't find many to fit the template. I was hoping for a more metallic look, but I'm not sure how to create that as an original texture. There are two vehicles pictured, but they have the same livery equipped. The one with the more metallic look has dark green metallic primary and secondary colors set using the trainer. 2K and 4K version included.

    Gotcha, so you created your own folders? Because mine only has an error codes folder.
  9. Skins look pretty good in the screenshots. Would be super helpful if the file names listed which model they went with, they all say blue line outline once they're downloaded.

    Cool deal, I appreciate the help. Last question, what is the folder you use to upload carvar changes? I've seen mpchristmas2, etc but I don't know if that is still the best folder, and it may be overwritten by a newer update. Again, thanks for the help and the patience.

    Yea, I am comfortable with editing the vehicle/handling metas, visuals, etc it's mainly the carvar & carcols that I never really tried. I was able to figure out vehicle files, etc because they are made up of categories that are easy to understand and figure out how they would affect the game because they're frequently able to be applied to real life. Things like center of mass, anti roll bar strength, etc. The carvar and carcol get into areas that I don't know what affects which aspect in game, like indices content="char_array" and the series of numbers that follow after that, etc. In most cases there are no issues, other than dealing with an odd placement of where a light reflects off the vehicle, etc and I can deal with that.

    I have tried to edit before with the policeold slots just to make the headlights the normal white color instead of the old yellow halogen tint and couldn't even get that right, so I gave up trying to edit the files.

  14. In the veh meta, or other file if this is incorrect, what is the line that causes AI to recognize the car as emergency/law enforcement and they pull over? I swapped out the original "pbus" and copied the "police" veh meta into that spot, but AI doesn't respond to it as other cars. When using the veh assigned to "pbus" they don't pull over, etc.

    Yea, I'm just concerned about making those changes because I don't want to install the whole pack. Not sure if I've ever changed the carvar and have never changed the carcol. I change cars too frequently, and I don't have much understanding of those files. So, if I know the base slots that support rotators I can just use them until I swap again. Don't use any non-ELS, so there's no issue there.
  16. Yea, I thought it was the in car computer and I darkened that in the ytd. However, it was actually the vehicle's normal radio/center console screen. So, once I edited what ended up being the wrong texture, thought I couldn't find a fix and asked. I just wasn't paying close enough attention. Thanks though for the response.

    Are there any models besides 'police' that support rotators without having to mod carcol, carvar, etc? I want to avoid editing those if possible.
    Just found this the other day. Never thought I would see it, especially since it didn't make it into production and the company out of business. Concept car that was jagged means the model is accurate. Liked the model and thought it worked well, even if it was mostly for the novelty factor.
    Great model, good looking, drives well, etc. Only issue I had was the grille lights were extremely bright, even compared to the lightbar, and that may be because of my visual settings. Put a little darker shade texture on there and it resolved the issue.
  19. Great model, and I personally like the rims. I'm not familiar with zmodeler or whatever program is used to created the models, so forgive my ignorance. Can you export a ytd texture from another Silverado or Tahoe that uses silver rims that are the same style and import it to make the swap, or does it have to be an edit to the model?
  20. Looking for any known solutions to dim certain emissives in the game. I have my veh lights, etc at a brightness I like, but things like certain in car computers are blazing and too bright.
