I am very confident that Ford will bring back the Crown Vic eventually just like Chevy brough back the Caprice (even though it wasn't ever completely gone). I'm just hoping it will be as good as the CVPI is. Normally I hate it when people say "if it ain't broke don't fix it" because that is such a redneck and stupid thing to say but I feel it actually applies to this situation.

I say great shot to the officers. Did their job and did it well.

Normally, i despise modern cars, but this is a beauty. 10x better than those crappy new mom van explorers.

Education is always a step in the right direction, and free education for those that are willing to work toward it would undoubtedly be a wonderful thing to a significant number of people.
 
Call me a bit of a pessimist, but I do hope that this does not somehow backfire and make the associate's degree akin to the high school diploma, subsequently decreasing the perceived importance of the bachelors and masters degrees to employers seeking out prospective candidates, and then forcing people into paying a hefty sum for even higher education.

Nice job guys, I forgot that LCPDFR was also CNNFR. The amount of "speculation" here is incredible; the great american bullshit machine never stops churning out new stories! Personally, I am terrified at the thought of Al-Qaeda breaking down my door in the -40F weather to kill me. There's a great way to defend against them though! Turn your TV off (cut off the bloodflow to your living room) and attempt to see through media bias.

Think about it this way, imagine you got a really nasty case of the flu and one of your friends came over. You wanted to sit down and talk with that friend. Said friend then sees the condition you're in and turns his back on you, screaming to everyone else in the house, "WHAT IF I GET SICK, WHAT IF YOU GET SICK, WHAT TO DO IF YOU GET SICK, HOW DID HE GET SICK, ARE YOU AT RISK FOR GETTING SICK?"
 
Not very helpful is it? Three days later you're already on the fast track to recovery, you wake up to find that all your housemates have locked themselves in their rooms, fearful of "getting sick".

lol funny this topic is here. just last night i was on a call with my partner and my K9 Pickles when a gun fight broke out. i was arresting the suspect and when i turned around my partner and my dog were shooting at each other..i did manage to catch a picture of the dog with the gun. Turns out Pickles went rogue and i had to put him down
 

yeah i think that would be a good idea. there are already instances where witnesses are used in some crimes so not sure why it couldn't be used for that. although rarely if ever do i actually find the streaker even after talking to the witnesses

That's usually a nice idea. But first off all, an ambulance has lights and sirens for a reason. And the most important thing is, I would never ever protect these stupid idiots. I don't feel very comfortable in the near of an ambulance in Liberty City. 

Soo I was just thinking this, I'm sure someone has thought of this but, is there anyway a system where there could be warrants that need to be executed? Say you are on patrol in Broker one day and dispatch needs a few patrol officers to assist in a warrant takedown. You arrive on scene to other officers blocking off the road without cars smashing through and then there is a marker that you need to walk into then you go and breach with 1 or 2 noose units. Just an idea, feel free to say your input !!

I heard about this story, Personally i think the city of New York needs a new mayor as he can't seem to be able to handle the pressure that is on him. If not that, than new policies should be put into effect and i mean effective polices, not BS ones.

I think this has a working version for the pistol, and there a few that only work for long guns( shotgun and ar15). I don't like it because it's not realistic for an officer to always have an ar or shotgun slung on his back all the time. Look up "equip gun mod gta 4", see if there's one for the pistol.

Hey I was just playing LCPDFR 1.0d and I was thinking to myself, wouldn't it be cool if somehow when you switch to your  pistol, in the pistol holster the pistol disappears because you have it equipped? Of course that would be challenging just thinking about it, how to create it, but at the same time, it would bring a whole sense of realism to the game itself!! I'm sure since the first time it came out it would still need to be tested for crashes, and a lot of beta tests, but I would be the first to beta and I would use it, it doesn't have to be a separate script, maybe integrate it into LCPDFR like the taser, even though its nothing like it, sort of. Just a thought, could I get some feedback on this idea!? Even from LCPDFR Staff?
