Well when i come to someone and i wanna frisk him i can't nothing happens.

But when i'm in a car it's a sound and it's saying that i can't frisk someone while in a car but when i'm on foot nothing happens.

You can't frisk someone if they are in a car/you are in a car. On foot, you simply press ALT+R. Make sure you installed everything, or show us the diagnostics log.
