  5. It's more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The police vehicles are excellent and I'm glad to see that car customization is back. I'll probably cave and preorder it for PS3, though I really do hope a PC version comes out. Also, the aiming reticule, some gunplay elements, and the weapon-select wheel seem to have come from Max Payne 3 - that's not a bad thing at all!

  9. Nicely done! Any chance of getting either a standard LCPD or classic light blue NYPD texture?

  13. Note that freedom of speech may indeed be limited through certain private institutions; schools, the internet, etc. Also note that laws of the land vary from state to state and country to country.
  14. You're partly correct; the '92 Vic did indeed have no front grille. However, the 1993 and 1994 models shared its taillights; they were elongated in '95. That would make my previous post invalid; it appears the model is either a 1993-1994 model.
  15. Ctrl + F; it's an LCPDFR keybinding and is not affiliated with Abraxas' script. Could you clarify that?
  16. Not bad; here's hoping it gets converted!

  20. When you do have a chance to attend to the E-Series, I have a few questions/comments regarding it. 1) If you add +isvan to the end of the polpatriot's vehicles.ide line, the van becomes able to seat four people - two in the front and two in the back. ---------------------------- 2) The back doors of the van have slight discrepancies; it seems as if the license plate holder is on the wrong side and it is missing the E-150, Flex Fuel, and Ford badges [see the spoiler tag for photo] ---------------------------- 3) Would it be possible to color the grille and front/rear bumpers of the van black, similar to how the NYPD have theirs set up? [see Spoiler Tag] ---------------------------- 4) There is something odd about the back of the van model itself. Maybe it has something to do with the tail lights? I know on the actual E-Series the tail light is not subdivided into sections; the brake light and turn signal go through the same bulb and the entire light illuminates when the turn signal is on as opposed to just a section of it. The reverse light is below the main assembly. The bumper is also a bit more rounded than it is on the current model, and the sides of the van itself are too it would seem. The first spoiler tag contains the back of an actual E-150, and the second contains the in-game model. ---------------------------- Again, I can't thank you enough for bringing the E-Series to GTA IV. I can finally complete my LCPD fleet properly! ^-^
  21. This is a known side-effect of ELS. Because of the way that GTA IV's extras-system is coded, a vehicle with ELS lighting activated will constantly repair itself. DISCLAIMER: The above explanation is overtly simplified, shortened, and may have some inaccuracies.
  22. Thanks for the update and consideration! ^_^
  23. Nicely done; it's always great to see modders helping out the community with unlocked parts.
