  7. In GTA IV the door to the hardware store does not open; you have to use SNT's "GO THROUGH DOORS" command to get in and out of the building. Funnily enough the door is unlocked and works in EFLC.

  9. I'm fairly certain that ELS's refreshing quirk is a problem with the way the GTA IV extras system works. ELS uses extras and whenever an extra is spawned the vehicle is respawned as per the way GTA IV is coded.
  10. The Polpatriot slot has always been problematic for me; certain models will crash the game whenever that slot is spawned, and others do not. It depends upon what car you have in the slot and is not a problem with PoliceHelper.
  11. After coming back to GTA IV from playing GTA V extensively, I've noticed something that is highly annoying. While driving, the GTA IV camera has a tendency to auto-focus on the left side of the vehicle unless constantly adjusted by the mouse. Is there a mod or file that can be edited to have the camera properly positioned behind the vehicle?

  13. No cheats, but there is an exploit. From IGN; "Similar to the Instant Vehicle repair exploit, Instant Health Refill works outside of Missions and requires two characters to perform. Simply switch characters when badly wounded and immediately switch back. Your life meter will be restored." Note that this works with vehicles outside of missions as well; switch to a character and immediately switch back to your original and your vehicle will be repaired.
  14. Now I'm going to have to find some vanilla ELS vehicles; these textures are amazing.
  15. Great work; I've always wanted to see more of the Brickade around.
  16. My threshold of being impressed has surely been passed with that first post! LCPDFR was the first mod I ever installed; hell, it was the primary reason that I got into PC gaming in the first place at all. Thanks to it, I'm playing off of my custom rig that I put together, and have realized how much modding can breathe new life into a game. Long live LCPDFR, I can't wait to install 1.0 when it hits the site, and kudos to you all!
  17. I love this commercial; saw it a few months back on television as well. The first police car they show being re-done is a 2003-2005 CVPI, the blacked-out CVPI on the lift at the end is a 2005, and the taxi on the lift right at the beginning when the first CVPI is being brought in looks like a 1998-2002.
  18. The political ads are hilarious. Jock Cranley's ad shows a police officer with a much-improved duty belt! http://www.rockstargames.com/V/lsbc/leadership-you-can-trust
