[UNLOCKED] Federal Signal Vista

Fderal Signal Vista lightbar released unlocked as I feel that I do not have the time to give this lightbar proper attention.

Please note that I have not scaled the lightbar properly and have left a few parts of the lightbar as default textures. What does this mean? You(the modder) will need to scale the lightbar accordingly as well as reassign the parts I have not assigned a material to.

I will not offer any support.

I like it quite a bit. I just am in the LED phase which is why I released it unlocked. Do not really want to make an older style vic. lol
