I'm sorry, totally forgot about you. Debug versions are prepared for certain users to trace certain bugs and version for Bojan has nothing to do with yours. But you had similar problem to Custo. I've prepared version for him, but for requesting police car (it's simpler than bait car so it's easier to debug). He had same problems with that feature, so maybe you have too. I'll PM you in one minute.

Thank you for all support :) Did you change keybind for ID check to the same key as road cones and barriers? Does your console or log says anything about any error when trying to place cone/barrier? Sorry, got a bit confused. I still have no idea what is wrong. I'll try to prepare special version for you tomorrow that will trace and log everything in details to let me know where exactly it crashes. Here

@Custo You didn't answer if it crashes the whole game or only script. If only script I would make some special test version for you. If it crashes game it is more serious problem and you will have to wait util I finish error log. Maybe it will help. @Xoriss I'm aware that some mods may cause problem, but I still try to fix things when I can, and when I havve detailed report. For example just before release I've fixed conflict with one particular version of ELS. All thanks to user who provided great report. Some mods support just can't be done, like CriminalActs, which is cool mod but can cause problems with other mods, even with great LCPD:FR. I'll PM you for sure. I'm really in need for someone to proofread my texts.

A cool idea
Yeah, it will take some time, because I'm going on vacation soon and I don't think I will be able to release any beta by then. It will be a lot easier than PoliceHelper, but regardless of that whole knowledge acquired during work on previous mods I still don't know how to meke 2 crucial things in this mod :)

Thank you for all support and feedback. I really appreciate it. Next version (I hope it will be available this week) will not have new features. I hope I will fix some bugs and add system that will prevent script and game from crashing even if some function will throw an error. I want to add error logger also to trace bugs better.

It's not that bug reports annoy me. I'm glad that people care of this mod and send them. My code disappoints me ;) Good idea. If everything else will fail I'll try with that method. That's just the way GTA physics work. I use modded car deformation data and usually after one hit into road block they are unable to continue with massacred front. And just like Tom H said. Concrete road blocks can end with pretty epic crash.

Oh, now I see :) Well GTA A.I. is not very smart, but as I said earlier I had no problems with backups. Maybe only that after whole action they abandon their cars.

To be honest I have no idea as I don't know what exactly causes problems. Even bigger headache is fixing those as I have no experience in online scripting. Main goal is to make PoliceHelper stable in single player. I'm a bit disappointed that there are so many bug reports . My priority for now is stop crashes caused by PoliceHelper. Not by fixing bugs (I will fix what I can reproduce from your reports), but by not letting errors to crash script/game. Also I will add error logger. New features can wait. I have to make next version as stable as possible. Bait car crashed? So what? Game still works and PoliceHelper too, call for another one. Now bait car crashes and you are out of the game. That's unacceptable.

First of all you post in wrong section. You have to remember that PoliceHelper is mod for a mod and cannot communicate with LCPD:FR. I cant' "tell" LCPD:FR "look here are bad guys, make your backup units attack them". Maybe you were in some remote location (north Westdyke?) and back up units lost their interest because they were too far from bad guys and were unloaded from memory too soon. I called for backup during testing and they were helpful in most cases. Sometimse they arrived too late.

LCPDFR unhandled exception
Wow. It looks like 3 scripts crashes. What is weird I don't see LCPDFR crash here, only RadarScript, lessOvertake and my PoliceHelper. It looks like it crashed while checking ped ID. Is that correct? Can you describe that situation with more details?

I'm beginning to fell like some hot line operator :D Check console or scripthookdotnet for errors with vdh restrictedArea or something similar. It looks like it crashes part of the script. I'm a noob so I was able only to separate road cones/barriers part from main script, not like in LCPDFR where everything is separated and one feature crash doesn't lead to crash of whole script/game. Do you by any chance have modded... Faggio? So I think I know where is the problem, I hope I'll be able to fix that in next release (it can take a while, I'm a bit tired of scripting right now ;) ).

1. First there is 25% that he will try to chop shop. Then he tries to pick a chop shop that is more than 200 and less that 1100yd away form him. 2. ID check gives you options to cite, hold ald let go suspect but he has to be well and alive ;) It will pop up only if thief is driving to chop shop/ hiedeout
