Some help with Dispatch Assistance System V1.3

I have scoured the googles, and this website for help with DAS, but the only link for DAS is the download link, which provides little to no information, and I don't really want to play in the dark with this stuff.

Ok, I may be a complete newb, but I just have to copy the two files DAS.ini and DAS.asi in to the root of the GTA IV folder?

Also key commands on how to change things, I know there where a few (and it migt be easier once I get it installed), but is there any commands I should know about?

If I'm correct, F5 to turn it on and off. plus and minus on the number pad to cycle threw the other officers, and (this might be different you for, like page up and page down I think), I use alt+up for advising response, and alt+down for requesting backup.

Ok so I figured out that I need a .asi loader to make this work, but unfortunatly that gets rid of my GFWL connection.

yes you installed it correctly. If you have SNT it you can change your model with SNT. or you could just start LCPDFR normally.

OH! I always click play offline for some reason.. That is probably why the Alt + F5 won't work! :D *Derp*

When I say online only, I mean it only works on Multiplayer

Lets think about it:

DAS allows you see other players on duty, giving them and you unit numbers on the heads up display.

No other players in singleplay = no DAS

no, DAS is a mod that helps you play RP games in multiplayer.

I don't think you realise what DAS actually is. DAS does not let you play LCPDFR matches. It is a mod for when your already in a match,

Yes you can, but DAS is not needed to do so.

Just create a online match on GFWL. invite your friends and all start LCPDFR.
