A passer by managed to capture a picture of a LVMPD car sitting at Star Junction, confirming the rumours that the LVMPD have taken over as the city's main form of law enforcement. -

Due to the lack of professionalism from officers of the Liberty City Police Deparment, officers and vehicles from the LVMPD are flown into the city in a desperate attempt to tackle the rising crime rates -

I don't see why not Be sure to buy Combined Operations. It's what we use when we play on most servers. Without it, you won't see the add on vehicles when joining, for instance; AH-1Z Cobra is at base, you've only purchased ArmA 2 and not Combined Ops. You can't see the cobra, but you can hear it.

If you watch the live feed of crime stats, you'll see that some users just spam back up when in a chase. I don't find it realistic, hell, I rarely call for back up in a chase now because I know I'll eventually pass a patrol car that'll join in

Usually in the video editor, just line up the shot and take a screenshot with fraps. Thats how I do it.
