LCPD takes another crictical hit..

As well as having the LVMPD cover most of their jurisdiction, the LCPD have now lost control of Liberty City's highways to these V8 Monsters owned by the Nevada Highway Patrol. The NHP were flown in due to their unprecedented skill when it comes to code 3 driving. As both forces reside in Nevada, residents of Las Vegas and its surrounding area are becoming nervous over the lack of police presence in their fine city.

*Note: My new skin currently in progress, will be up later today. Also be on the look out for a NHP pack that will contain NHP skins for numerous vehicles as well as the NHP uniform.
