more police HELP!!

So heres my issue, I have alot of police models I enjoy and Id like to use more of them so I am thinking about replacing something like the airtug with a police file. I know how to change the handling ect ,

what I dont know is how to assure that it will receive lights, sirens (preferably els), and the computer.

* yes I realize a ton of them would spawn at the airport, I dont care.*

any help is appreciated

worse case Id like them to have lights and sirens. a missing computer wouldnt bother me all that much

Alright so I figured out how to add els and the siren, only question is how to add the computer
