I don't like having to hit the "Like" button for such a post, but I do truly respect the importance brought up in that video. I think a "Respect" button would be good in these cases, but that's just an idea.

Yeah for GIMP! I'm still using version 2.6 because I had some compatibility issues with 2.8 on Windows 7. It is overall an amazing image software though; I highly recommend it! :P

Caine's If I am correct, this is also the first and currently the only LCPD ELS GTA V Police Cruiser. I will release this, if requested. Credit will be given to the model(s) original creators, as I only made modifications. -

This is just a random screenshot from my test of LCPDFR with ELS v8. I have to say words just can't describe how amazing it is! In the background is [technically] my first ELS car for GTA IV, and it's ELS v8 compatible! To create the ELS Vapid Police Cruiser, I used Sam's and parts from Lt. Caine's If I am correct, this is also the first and currently the only LCPD ELS GTA V Police Cruiser. I will release the, if requested. Credit will be given to the model(s) original creators, as I only made modifications. As for the Vapid Police Interceptor (in center), all I did was increase the contrast of the light textures. This makes the brake lights particularly look better, if I do say so myself. -

Interesting, thanks for letting me know. :) I don't seem to have a problem with it anymore though, and I was (and still am) using the AdvancedHook provided with ELS v8.

I agree with you all the way there! :) As for the bugs I've had with xlive.dll, I finally got ELS v8 to be stable with the inclusion of dsound.dll, too. This may sound odd, considering xlive.dll and dsound.dll cause errors when together; however, I copied the Windows dsound.dll (C:/Windows/SysWOW64) and added it to GTA IV's main directory. With its presence, ELS now works fine without any crashes because it is satisfied knowing that dsound.dll can be accessed! You can also try this, if you want to save games locally to your computer. Keep in mind that this will disable multiplayer though (unforunately).

Thanks, but the honor is all mine. :P As I mentioned in my edits (above), I was also able to finally get ELS v8 working (which is amazing); however, it crashes with xlive.dll. I'm hoping that there's some fix for this, because I really like having my savegames saved locally.

Looks like we're both in the same boat. I was testing Bxbugs' new Crown Vic, and my game crashed as I was approaching the Police Station. However, when my game crashes, it complains about AdvancedHook.dll: Light patterns also don't seem to be working for me. You can hear the function sounds when you press the buttons, but nothing else occurs. Can anyone help us out? EDIT: Mine is now working after removing xlive.dll and xlive_d.dll; however, I can no longer run my game without R* Social Club. I like running IV without Social Club so I can manage my save games. EDIT2: After adding xlive.dll and xlive_d.dll back into the game and removing dsound.dll, it crashes upon starting any light pattern with ELS.
